I didn't know what I was getting myself into with Windows 10. I have a hard time navigating around. I'm not used to it yet but I will be eventually. Overall it's a great laptop.

I Love my new laptop.It's much lighter, while having a bigger screen.Graphics are great, I'm extremely happy with this purchase, I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

I have had HP / Dell / Gateway over the years and over all I have to say that this Lenovo is the best so far ... its fast and lightweight. Perfect for what I use it for ...

Although my first choice would have been a HP (which I've always had,) I opted for this Lenovo because of its price, and after reading great reviews about the AMD10 processor. I definitely regret this choice, this labtop is good enough, but definitely a lot slower, and not as responsive as my HP. Also, I miss the backlight keyboard a lot. I wish I had spend couple hundred dollars more and get another HP.

was in a pinch, and my local bestbuy, had this on a table and was able to buy it as an open box item. it's a great computer, fast, light weight, and lot's a memory, i feel lucky that i was able to buy it cheap.

Work close to a charging source. I hope the battery doesn't need to be replaced as I cannot find a way to remove it. Otherwise, this seems like a good laptop to work with. This is used all day for work.

Smooth running computer, works great with power point presentations. Surfing the internet is no problem, the only weakness is the battery life. Tends to drain rather quickly in about an hour and 1/2

Still learning but is easy to operate. Don't do much but photos and games and email. Am mostly computer illiterate but am liking what this allows

I had expected a lot more from my recent purchase and am still trying to adapt to the number of modifications needed to keep this at peak performance. It seems most computers these days are absent the Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Access that used to be included in years prior. ie...The computer lost all internet connection for no reason last night. Not the 1st time I've had to reset to defaults.. There are times when it seems the computer will not keep up to writing...either online or using Word making proof reading an absolute must to insure your sentences and words have not been co-mingled. There are some positives....the price point was right.

I love the computer itself, nice keyboard action, good screen size, quick processing. The salesperson said it had an 8hr battery, so far I get only 3 hours on a full charge.

Much faster than my previous laptop. Runs smoothly, capable of doing anything I need. Would purchase again.

Used for light gaming as well as school work. Works perfectly. Only downside is battery life while gaming.

Mine was an open box buy so I saved even more. It serves it purpose for me.

Nice feature set given the price point. Access to the ethernet port was a little awkward, but most people would use the wifi card, which was great.

This isn't the laptop we had originally planned on purchasing. I was interested in an HP that was similarly priced, but I had second thoughts when I discovered that the HP had 8 GB of RAM and only one, non user servicable memory slot. I saw this Lenovo, which can accommodate more RAM (comes with 8 GB) and a slightly larger screen. It performs well, has an ample and crisp display and has plenty of RAM and disk space. Highly recommended!

Overall, it is a very good laptop. The mainly negative reviews might have been posted by people who were expecting everything out of a laptop. The sound is good, performance speed meets my requirements. The battery life is the only negative. I frequently have to plug it in and out, but it is not a major annoyance. It is good for someone who wants a little more than a basic laptop, but a little less than a high-end computer.

For the price this was a good labtop for student. Processor is fast enough for some gaming also.

Great screen, good audio, runs a little hot, short battery life, hard drive can be a bit noise.

Lightweight computer with clear screen. Runs well. Battery life could be better, but works for MS Office products and Internet surfing

If I could replace the battery with a longer lasting one, I would love it. A full charge lasts a little over an hour and I haven't even had this product for a month yet. I mainly just use it for school work so I am not doing anything crazy that would be draining the battery a lot. I guess that's what I get for not doing more research. Needed a laptop quick mine broke right before the semester began.
