Works well. I would recommend for anyone wanting a computer for basic everyday tasks.

While in the middle of a game computer lags and u could end up dying for that issue. Movies lag as well. Good for writing papers and the sound on this is amazing!

I purchased this for myself and 11 year old son for schoolwork he may need to do online. It world's as it should.

It's got just what my wife was looking for after her old laptop died. and we got a great deal from Best Buy.

Great laptop for the price. Can do light gaming (Games such as Minecraft or something lightweight like it) which is great, but I mainly use it for browsing the internet. I would've given it 5 stars but its battery life is not too great, and by not too great I mean horrible. It gets maybe 3 hours if you're lucky. Hope this was helpful. :)

I needed a simple computer to do word processing and publishing, as well as photo editing and processing. It has proven to be perfect for this purpose.

We purchased our Lenova Computer about 6 weeks ago. We are not happy with the purchase at all. The computer keeps freezing and turning off by itself. We are going to take it into the Geek Squad to see if they can figure out what is wrong with it. Very unhappy and disappointed. Still trying to figure out the Windows 10 too, it is not the easiest to understand, very confusing...

We wanted a basic laptop that had a DVD-Rom still since that seems to be getting harder to find in new laptops. Everything about this is great so far.

This computer seemed to have everything that I needed in a home computer. Speed is OK, Windows 10 is good, and it had VGA and HDMI ports. The problem is that the hard drive failed in just 7 weeks. It is being repaired by Best Buy but I will loose all my data entered since my last back up 4 weeks ago. The Geek Squad said that recovery of data would cost thousands of dollars.

I got this laptop to study online got it as an open box deal at the store, so I paid less turned out to be a good buy m happy with my purchase.

love this laptop, its fast and light and serves all my basic purposes. I am writing my twilight/james bond/50 shades mash up novella on this.

I took a bit of a chance on an open box computer. I really like the computer, bigger size screen and full keyboard with 10 key and a bonus CD/DVD player. There were some quirks to work through, though I think that most of it is related to Windows 10, which is very different from Windows 7 and not compatible with some of the programs that I normally use.

Easy to use so far. Can't say enough about those Geek Squad folks, they are the BEST!

The computer size and weight are great for easy travel. I do not use it for work (word, excel...) and am only looking for a 'social' computer so to speak ---- this fit the bill for the price. I have had to return it to the Geek Squad as it kept cutting off within programs and then it lost the Wi-Fi capability. The GS was able to fix it within minutes and over the last few days i have not had any continuing problems.

This laptop is now my workhorse. I take it everywhere and use it for everything. A superb build, looks nice, runs everything I need with snap! My only complaint is how difficult it was get inside and upgrade the hard drive to an hybrid drive. Man, so many screws... Which actually might be the reason the build is so solid come to think... I would {and I have} recommended this machine to a friend...
