    I returned this item as soon as I got it. If you do some digging, the processor for this laptop is one used on mobile phones. It isn't special. Nothing you would use for heavy duty work. It is misleading to call the processor on this device as capable.

    Snapdragon machines are not worth to buy right now. Support for softwares is less on ARM based chips. Only battery life is good giving me constant 8-10 hours life. Cant play 2x 4k videos in 2 browsers tabs. GPU cant handle this simple task. Only good for day to day simple work like browsing web, watching tv shows/movies, office work.
