Also you are not able to downlowd microsoft word. This is kot good as im a writer and should kot have to be on wigi just to write. Smh

To start, we wish to clarify that while you cannot download the Microsoft Word app from the Google Play Store on the Duet 5 Chromebook 2-in-1, you can install the Word PWA online with similar functionality to the Word app from Google Play. When we received it in the mail and opened it in had no keyboard and C cord for changing it. So I immediately went to Best Buy to see if I could get a replacement keyboard. Unfortunately they made it seem that it wasn’t a option. Instead they sold me a Logitech slim Bluetooth keyboard. Which is nice but not practical for my daughter. Logistically lugging a separate piece of equipment around isn’t practical either. So I called customer service the only option they gave me was mailing it back and getting a refund but that wasn’t an option. In conclusion I just wanted the keyboard to match this product and a changing cord. The tablet itself has a great Oled screen and it’s fast for what it is.
