Open box mistake

I received a dirty, finger-print and cat hair covered tablet that was a mess. Bestbuy claims that this was professionally cleaned and inspected. I was very disappointed and returned it. If they could not even wipe down the tablet and keyboard I have no faith that they checked anything. I've purchased factory reconditioned tech and have always gotten items that are cleaned to like new condition. Poor service from bestbuy. The tablet might be great, but buying from bestbuy was a mistake.

Not convenient for every day use while traveeling

Sorry, but I am not completely satisfied with this Chromebook.

I was wrong. First thing, the laptop kept going to a black screen. I did my research, checked my display settings and all I could find was the solution to go through a power reset. I did it several times, even researched others that were having the same problem. I could not get it fixed. The other problem I had was the inability for the screen to hold certain angles. I used it on different surfaces, the stand on the back just wasn't working for us. It only really works on hard surfaces. In the end, we exchanged it for another laptop, no it wasn't an OLED, but my rookie eyes can't tell a difference! Maybe mine was just a lemon or maybe my computer tech skills suck. Either way, I'm much happier with my new chromebook. I ended up paying about 250 more for an ASUS i5 EVO chromebook. (SPIN 713)
