I replaced an older laptop with this one It was highly recommended on various sites so I bought it . It is fast and has a nice keyboard layout.

I ended up returning this laptop because it wouldn't stay connected to the wifi. It would be working fine, then after a bit I couldn't watch anything or browse the internet in general. We recently upgraded our wifi, and it works fine on all of our phones and other devices. My current laptop stays connected just fine. What's even more disappointing was the "support" I got from Lenovo. I made an appointment with customer support and got a phone call about 24 hours after the appointment time. The woman who called me asked for details on the issue and set another appointment with an IT person. She sounded like she was drugged - it was like she was sedated in the way she was speaking. Additionally, the language barrier made it extremely difficult to communicate. The IT call I received was very similar. The man seemed drugged or drunk, and the language barrier again made it difficult to communicate. He walked me through uninstalling a driver, and made it seem like that would definitely fix the issue. I told him I wanted him to stay on with me so I could test to see if his "fix" actually worked. As was previously the case, it did run fine initially. He told me that would fix the issue and clearly didn't want to stick around to see if it actually did (which only would have been a few minutes). Sure enough, soon after we hung up it started doing the exact same thing. This would have been my 4th Lenovo laptop. My previous 2 personal laptops have been Lenovos and my work laptop is a Lenovo. I was well on my way to being a Lenovo-only customer. Unfortunately the terrible customer service I received made me give up on the laptop altogether and return it. Now I'm rethinking if I want to be a Lenovo customer at all. Lenovo - y'all need to work on your quality control with your customer service. Language barrier aside, the 2 people I spoke with behaved like they were drugged (seriously, it was really weird), weren't pleasant in any capacity (verging on rude), and they didn't help me at all. As someone who works in customer service, this experience was a disgrace.

Fast, sturdy and reliable. External appearance is just classy, coupled with powerful specs make it an amazing laptop

Arrived on time. Bought it mainly for work porpuses, but ended up using for personal stuff. It's a really good size, the touch is also useful and the sound is pretty decent. The battery lasts pretty good as well. I use it for video conferences and it had never gave me problems. The only fail I've had is that the sound even the volume is ok, I've had some blurry sounds. Not very common but it had happen. I give it a 9/10.

No complaints so far. This was exactly what I was looking for at the right price. Time will tell how this holds up.
