Good after I got past the problems

It came with the Microsoft S operating system which I did not like -- could not put other apps on it. A person has to go to the Microsoft store to change it to the regular system - for free. It, like most new laptops, did not come with a CD reader. I had to buy the CD reader accessory.

Posted .The Lenovo IdeaPad S340-15 Laptop, model number 81QG000DUS, ships with Windows 10 S-Mode 64-bit Operating System. Windows 10 S-Mode provides added security by only allowing APPs available ( and therefore certified by Microsoft) at the Microsoft Store. If you don't need the added security or you need to install APPs not available at the Microsoft Store, you can switch to standard Windows 10 Home 64-bit Operating System, at no additional cost. She had it for about a week, and started having issues with it. I tried to talk to their customer service, but, all I got was the run around. Finally got my money back and came back to MY Best Buy! My daughter is extremely happy with her new Lenovo! She use's it everyday and has had no problems. She is loving her new tech!
