I tried to other computers before this one and this is the winner. Try the smaller one with no number pad didn’t like it. But this hooks up to the Internet fast boots up quick and has great displays on it. You can’t go wrong pick it up if it’s still available

My criteria were latest tech and lots of storage, so the storage requirement eliminated Chromebooks. I have been extremely pleased with this machine. The response time is immediate, even when powering up and down. I use it daily, and have had absolutely no issues with it.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the lenovo IdeaPad S340-15 Laptop. With regard to the touchpad, you can make adjustments to the touchpad in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad. If the issue continues, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.

Easy set-up and has been working fine ever since. The SSD drive doesn't lag like the hard drive on my old HP - one of the main reasons I was shopping for a replacement. I use the internet, email and Office programs, and this has plenty of RAM to keep up with mukti-tasking.
