Love the laptop! It fits my needs perfectly. Very comfortable to use and very snappy (thank you ssd). Screen looks great, I even forgot it was touch screen until I touched it! Only complaint is that I do not like the power cord. The wall prongs are attached to the main block and it falls out of my outlets. Granted I live in a 100 year old house. This didn't make deducted any stars however.

This Lenovo laptop was a great option during one of the Black Friday promotions. It is slim, light and looks great in the blue color. Setup was very easy. I did not want a 2 in 1 since I have an iPad for tablet use but it is still really nice to have the tough screen function. These new laptops with the solid state drives are fantastic. It is so fast. Boot up is almost instantaneous.

I bought this for my wife as her old laptop was not working well. She has had this for several months and is thrilled with how easy this is. She loves the touch screen and the size. Lenovo makes great laptops I have had one since 2016 and other than replacing the batter this year I have had no problems with it. I recommend Lenovo laptops to everyone.

While the hardware seems decent, the default operation for Windows 10 is in S mode which seriously limits the capability of the computer since you can only use apps available through the Microsoft store and you can use any browser as long as it’s Edge. in other words, no Chrome, no Firefox not to mention any other 3rd party app you may want or need to use. Microsoft claims that you can switch out of S mode, but the option through the Microsoft store is flat out broken - I tried doing the update multiple times, following Microsoft’s instructions exactly, with the same failing results. I really want to like this machine, but if I can’t get it out of S mode I can’t recommend it and I’ll need to return it.

My old laptop was unbelievably slow. Reading the reviews for all the Best Buy Laptops I chose this one. It was very easy to set up. It pretty much guided me thru when I powered up. And the speed when I log on and go between tasks is awesome! Got it for a great price (on sale) and could not be happier! Highly Recommended.

Purchased this laptop on black Friday. I'm not a computer tech but this one replaced my 6 year old Dell laptop. This Lenovo is much faster & screen resolution with anti glare is perfect for daily usage. Much lighter than my old laptop and does a great job for paying bills, online shopping & zoom meetings. No complaints as of today....

I really like this laptop. It has everything I need. I am very happy with the backlit keyboard and the Lenovo app really helps keep my computer up to date. I did purchase a separate usb cd drive. I have usually purchased another brand laptop but I am very pleased with this Lenovo laptop. Price was also a great attribute.

An exceptional Lenovo laptop at Best Buy's $549.99 price. Fast Ryzen 7 CPU, more than sufficient 12 gig of RAM and a fast 512 gig SSD. Also, a beautiful HD display with a touch screen. It's all packaged in a very substantial chasis thats as good looking as it is thin and light. After much research I could not find another laptop that was even nearly equivalent for the price paid. Lenovo and Best Buy have hit a home run with this product. I'm completely delighted with it.

Love this laptop. Have has it now for a few months and very fast and easy to use. Starts up quick, touch screen is nice when I decide to use. Big upgrade from an old heavier Lenovo and I think the AMD Ryzen is just as good as Intel. Comes with 12 mg of momory which is a bonus keeping start up quick

I really love this laptop. I play Elder Scrolls Online on it without any issue, and it's great for any day-to-day needs I have such as writing emails, typing papers, etc. The only issue I've had is with the bluetooth which isn't very reliable, but beyond that, it's a great machine and worth the price.

Boots up super fast and opens files quickly. I can’t complain about anything. I’m still trying to get used to using the touchscreen since this is the first time I’ve had a laptop with that feature, but that works great too. The price for a laptop with this much RAM and speed is excellent.

Huge screen with a really nice display ,I had to get used to the size because I had a smaller laptop before but I have really gotten use to it and happy that I did get the 15inch. I am not a gamer or even a techy person, I mostly use it to run our business and zoom meetings. The camera quality is great and the touch-screen is responsive, i enjoy the backlight keypad is a extra plus and the charger cord is a decent length. Overall I really love my computer, it really looks great when I go on JW.org where I find encouraging articles to read that lifts me up during this pandemic you all should get the computer and more importantly check out the website !

Mid of the road price point but this little laptop has blown me away. Decent build quality but the chassis does have some flex. Viewing angles are good and so is color and brightness. Species out the way it is this thing flys!!! Used for document creation and web browsing.

Bought this laptop as a gift for my son who just graduated from college. He is enjoying all the features it offers, in particular the speed and the crisp display. The case is a blue-gray color, very nice and different from all the silver or black you see everywhere. He has been connecting the laptop to a TV screen via HDMI to watch streaming shows and is very happy all around.

I purchased this laptop for under $600 (Deal of the day) after much research was completed. Best bang for your buck out there. Performs even better than expected for my job (which requires multiple large programs running simultaneously.) You cannot go wrong with this computer.

I am really enjoying this laptop. Very easy to use. I like that the keys are actually buttons, you feel them press down. Low light and bright light for back lit keys. Resolution looks great. 4 stars because the speakers are not very good and the cord is not very long. Overall I am very happy with this purchase

Love this computer! It was easy to set up, even for a senior citizen! It is light weight, has the numbers pad that I want and the screen is large enough to see easily. The price was good, too.

This is a great computer. At just under six hundred for black friday 2020 I am very happy with it. Has all the specs I was looking for and a bonus touch screen! I use it for college and it is fast, easy to navigate and has an AMD processor which I was looking for.

Honestly, this laptop has been so awesome and more than I had expected! I went into this purchase wanting a laptop that could smoothly run games. This laptop is phenomenal. I habe never had any issues with it in the 5+ years that Ive owned it!

Really do enjoy this computer. After a month, I can say that I would definitely buy it again. Super fast! A great backlit keyboard with multiple settings (once you find how to make it work). My favorite, though, an number pad! Oh that number pad is great. The only thing missing is there is no ethernet port. Not the biggest worry in the world, though, as I'll manage. One caveat, though, the battery life is not stellar. I only get about 4 hours on a full charge. BUT, if I am staring at a screen for more than 4 hours, I should be getting up to do something else, anyway. Windows "S-Mode" is just horrendous, though. My daily applications were all blocked by S-Mode. No worries. There is always another option with technology. At this price point, a GREAT deal
