This is a really nice laptop for the money! What a sleek laptop. The bloatware was easy to remove. The processing is fast! I would prefer if it had an ethernet port, but wi-fi seems fast enough. The display is clear, and I like the Ryzen 7 advantages. Nice color too. Abyss Blue does not adequately describe it. Light in weight. Solid feel.

For some reason I bought myself one of these after buying one for my wife. It was because of the specs for the price. But with both of our IdeaPads we had separate hardware issues. For hers, it was the WiFi network card. The signal was super weak just a few rooms away when every other device worked fine. We had to send it in to get repaired via the warranty. Now it works really well. For mine, the issues were the speakers (which sounded terrible), and the random crashing that would take place. Instead of send it in to get fixed, I simply returned mine and got a more expensive HP Envy (very happy I did). We also both had issues importing our files with File History, which I felt was weird. I had never had issues like that with any other computer. For some reason it wouldn't recognize the file history on the drive, even though it was going from a Windows 10 laptop to another Windows 10 laptop. These issues never happened with the Envy I got instead. Lenovo customer support also wasn't the greatest, as I had to get angry over the phone until someone would finally agree to have us send the computer in for the warranty-covered fix. All in all I'll probably steer clear from Lenovo in the future.

I needed a new laptop for work and school ended up snagging this on sale. It’s a great laptop super smooth and a full HD touch screen is just the cherry on top. The 12G of ram and 512SSD makes for a smooth start up. The ryzen 7 is new to me as I was an Intel guy. So far I’m liking it a lot. The size is perfect a bit smaller than a traditional 15.6 but it’s worth it if you travel a lot with your notebook. It still has a num lock to punch in those pesky numbers too.

I was not expecting this to be as good as it is. We mainly use it for school work and Roblox for the kids or doing payroll and zoom meetings but it works great. Love the touch screen, love how big the screen is, and love that the keyboard lights up. I'm not technical so I dont know about the other stuff but its great for all of the every day things that we do here.

Its a solid machine for the price point. It comes with windows 10 s mode, which is basically a version that limits the applications that may run, but you can easily upgrade it to a normal version for free. Keyboard has a wide layout, and comes with a 10-key, for those that like them. The display is a matte finish, and is vibrant. Lenovos are usually great work machines, and I'm confident in this laptop lasting a while.

I bought this computer as an upgrade to my Intel I3 version. I loved the first computer but needed more power, and I have turned this computer into my main computer, added a docking station. This computer is fast in the boot up and processing. I still have my I3 version, my brother offered to buy it from me, since he has seen me work on it. So, this computer is an upgrade and well worth the money.

This was the first time I am using a Lenovo laptop. Most recently I was using a Dell Inspiron laptop. So, there was some adjustment necessary to get used to the keyboard that is slightly different from the Dell. Over time I have adjusted and I do not have any problems. I really like the SS feature (new to me) and the amazing speed that it provides. I wish you had a 4.5 or 4.75-star rating that I could have used. I am very happy with the product.

I bought this for my daughter's school use and so far it is working very well. I am quite impressed with the speed of this laptop and also its configuration in general. I was initially apprehensive of AMD Ryzen processor but I am very happy with its performance so far. The Abyss Blue color is pleasing to the eye ... overall, I am extremely satisfied with the purchase of this laptop.
