This laptop is easy to use, light weight. I don’t do much on it but I’m satisfied

I was pleasantly surprised by the feel and appearance of my new Lenovo IdeaPad. The keyboard was smooth to the touch and responded immediately, the backlight feature is a must for the traveler. (being able to work at night, without disturbing others). The speed and agility overall were better than my expectations, I highly recommend Lenovo for everyone at a reasonable price.

I have been very pleased with it over the past month after buying it on the recomendation of a Best Buy associate. It was easy to use out of the box and meets my needs. I prefer the 15 inch size over my older 13 inch laptop. It was not available as quickly as I expected but it was available for pick up a day earlier than stated when i purchased it online. No complaints.

I really like the Lenovo Ideapad. Not only does it have a fairly wide screen, its also pretty lightweight. It was easy to set up and is very efficient. The touchscreen is nice to have. One little feature that is pretty cool is the beveled edge, which makes it easier to open. They really thought of everything. I was thankful that it was delivered so quickly, as well.

Bought this to replace a 5 year old AMD Phenom that has 7 fans total and is really noisy. This Lenovo is thin, light, fast and SILENT. What a change. Nice touch screen laptop at a very good price. Added my Logitech mouse & keyboard and 32" FHD TV/monitor to complete the replacement. Very happy now.

This Lenovo laptop is exactly what I was looking for as a college student. The AMD processor gets things moving quickly and the response time is nearly instantaneous. It has a very durable build that provides comfort in transport. I would definitely recommend this laptop to anyone who is looking for fast response time and great reliability.

Bought this laptop used - disappointed to find that upon initial startup, someone's email address was showing for the Windows login. Would expect BestBuy validates and prepares returned products for resale to ensure a smooth customer experience. With a little inconvenience and a lot of concern, I went through BIOS resetting and fresh install of Windows to hopefully avoid being a victim of any type of hijacking or identity theft. Outside of the cumbersome process just getting this computer started up, after which I promptly installed an externally transferred virus/malware file and activated a paid license key, I scanned and was in business. Functionally works smooth as expected and hasn't incurred issues so far. I checked specs before buying and am pleased with what they deliver. 5 star laptop - 4 star review due to unprofessional carelessness from BestBuy.

This was an open box purchase that was in very good condition. Everything was in perfect working order. Touch screen, lighted keyboard, High definition 15.6" screen, 12gb RAM, great deal. As with any new PC purchase, make sure you complete all the windows updates before going on internet. Would recommend to anyone
