Great laptop. I am an avid Lenovo user. My old reliable died so, an upgrade was necessary. I am thoroughly satisfied. One minor issue, would have preferred a USB power cord/connection. Overall, the processor and features are great!

Happy with purchase i got it on a deal of the day for cheap. Currently works better than my I7 Hp desktop. I have had for 5 years. I wish it had a better graphics card. But can play Civ VI lags a little.

We have now purchased two of these. They are fast, quiet, light, and have a beautiful display. The volume of the speakers is low, even turned up to 100%. But auxiliary speakers solve that. Definitely worth the money, especially when on sale.

this a excellent mid price range computer with all the features needed for personal use, very good speed, touch screen, memory, nice screen and keyboard size.

Great computer....it is a very good computer. very easeyto find stuff, very crisp screen , very fast. i have tons of windows open at a time and it still runs super fast...highly recommend this to anyone.

Computer itself works well. I wish I did some more research on it though... (1) It lacks an ethernet port - so an adapter is needed if you happen to use such a connection currently. (2) And here I am really disappointed... The USB-C connection does NOT support video like a ThinkPad does - if I would have known this I would have purchased another machine but I only found out after it was all configured and MS Office was loaded. (3) It ships with Windows 10 "S" mode enabled - you can disable this but do your homework first.

A great laptop at a very reasonable price. The touch screen function is so nice to have. It is incredibly thin and very solid feeling. I love the back lit key board also. Highly recommend this laptop.

This computer is easy to use .Lenovo is good quality. Touch screen is great. I love the power button up top instead of on the side making it easier to turn on. I would recommend it to others.

This is a great device, fast, lightweight, long battery life, numeric keypad built in, backlit keyboard, HDMI input, camera cover and it has a very nice look. Can't ask for anything more.

I am not a fan of laptops but I really like my Lenovo. Buying a docking station and another monitor makes it easy for me to do what I need.

Great laptop. Had to replace a new HP that I "broke" and this was a couple hundred dollars cheaper. What the blue was more blue... still looks too dark and therefore reminds me of a work laptop ;)

Its a really good laptop,especially for school work and etc. Good quality. I just wish my finger prints wouldn't get on the laptop so easy ,but other than that they're no problems with the laptop.

I ordered this computer as a company computer to do any all needed work to run and maintain my tile company, such as invoices, work orders, contracts, taxes, expenses, payroll, etc. So far, I absolutely love it. It has more than exceeded my expectations in every way. Beautiful detail and display on a large touchscreen monitor, seemingly immediate load and response time. I very excited about this computer and hope that it keeps it up for many years to come.

I love this laptop. It’s easy to use, fast, and completely adequate for my computer needs. I did take it out of “S” Mode because I have non-Microsoft programs that I use on a regular basis.

There is nothing wrong with this laptop! The sound is a little low when watching videos or movies but other than that the laptop is really good! Smooth, high quality, and a good battery life.

I bought this laptop to do remote learning with my grandson. It appears to be user friendly and I like the fact that it is touchscreen enabled. The display seems to have good resolution.

Purchased this at a great price as a gift for my daughter for her new Real Estate career. She hasn't had it long but loves the screen size backlit keyboard and not the norm color.

Bought this Nov 2020 and it is going strong! Has not slowed down one bit. This is a powerful little machine. Very capable of a lot of tasks. Mainly use it for photo editing, streaming, and homework for the kids. I have not had ANY problems at all with this laptop and would highly recommend it. (IT is WINDOWS 11 ready too for when you decide to upgrade) Only thing that would make this even better is if it had a 4k Display. Personal preference. I know many people still prefer 1080p for laptops but I own a 4k ASUS laptop and that is the best looking portable display I have seen!

Seemed like a lot of great features at a good value, however, just after ordering this laptop, I found out that two close friends of mine who have either the same or very similar model by Lenovo have had multiple hardware failures (webcam, ram, trackpad, etc) shortly after purchase but too late to return to the store. I decided not to take my chances and returned the laptop while I had the chance. I've since talked to more people who have had hardware failures with recent model Lenovo laptops, while they have been covered under warranty, it requires shipping the laptop off and being without it for prolonged periods of time for repairs, that's not something I want to potentially deal with, so I decided to return it while I could.

Very good so far i have only used it about two weeks trying to get set up to take the place of a couple of PCS. Will know more in time.First time with a touch screen and i like it.
