Printer issues

After uninstalling printer and reinstalling it in order to print to fix the problem…running troubleshooting…Wouldn’t connect at all to my printer and had to pay $40 to geek squad to fix it remotely. Now it works fine with no issues My old laptop still prints with no issues

Old Lenovo versus New Lenovo

It worked find but I felt like the keys were so plasticy and made so much noise when I used then. I returned it to Best Buy as it was so annoying. It worked ok though. I don't know if they are all so plastic sounding now or if it was just that model.

Chose AMD Ryzen 7 Processor-based Laptop

Well Laptop with minimum issues

Sometimes after taking the charger out (despite being fully charged) the laptop justs shuts off. However, in all this laptop had been good to me for the month I've had it.

First, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button and ensure all updates are installed completely.
Please update us when you can regarding this and reach out with any questions that you may have.
