So...was it new?

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I opened the new laptop and tried to get it setup for my grandfather, it was locked after having been logged into by another user. I couldn't do anything with it. I took it back in to the store and they reset it and said it was as good as new...but...wait...was it new? They offered to return it and order a new one but never could explain what happened with this one.
I would recommend this to a friendVery good laptop.

Perfect for the Windows needy user on a budget

Decent laptop and a great price

I wanted something cheap with enough resources for the task. This machine is perfect for the task. It’s not the fastest, lightest, and the screen is just ok. But…. If your needs are basic this is a good machine at a killer price.
