I take minutes for meetings that include people who are deaf and blind, and the meetings are conducted in sign language. A regular laptop is difficult to deal with, hard to see the signs around the monitor. This lays flat so I can just type. So sweet. Also, when I need to show something during the meeting, I can flip it around and use it as an easel display. Love it!

The Yoga 13 was in like new condition and there have been no issues with the hardware after several weeks of use. Major problem was getting windows to install updates. None would install right from the beginning. I had to uninstall some of the preinstalled software before I could get windows to install updates. I hate those subscription antivirus software packages that come on these products. Crazy since Windows already has a built in antivirus program? It is working great now that it is up to Win 8.1. Lenovo should upgrade these when they are refurbished. The software preload on these is probably the reason it got returned in the first place.

Great laptop/tablet combo. This is my second one. Use for kitchen design and we surfing.

I love this computer and only have a couple problems with it. I will start with the bad to get it out of the way. The trackpad is mediocre. It is not terrible but it drifts occasionally and is flimsy. The other thing is the keyboard. It is also a bit flimsy. Both feel a bit out of place on an otherwise excellently built machine. In general, the computer is quite fast. The computer boots very quickly, and does everything I need it to do very quickly (Netflix, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet). The touchscreen is very nice and responsive. It is glossy but doesn't smudge too readily, though you will need to wipe it off every once in a while. The computer feels like it is covered with some kind of rubber so it is very nice to the touch. The convertible capabilities are awesome. This is the most comfortable laptop to use on the market in my opinion. I'm surprised at how awesome the 360 degree hinge makes using this computer. Overall this is a fast, comfortable, well made computer with a mediocre keyboad and trackpad tacked on.

fairly good product even though the battery is very weak. but I do will recommend this product to low budget buyer.
