Dropping it off with the geek squad. Pretty unhappy maybe after it’s fixed I can leave a better review.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Hard Drives with all drivers crashed 3 days into owning this legion, tbh I felt it had something to do with a certain "Sinker" that just got released with 1000's of bugs. With that being said it was a very scary ordeal at first with the price tag and all. I took it back in and decided to trade-UP and picked up one very nice MSI Geforce RTX2060 that I couldn't be happier with, Thank you Best-Buy of Visalia, Crew for helping me make the right decision. That help carries a significant amount of weight off your shoulders when 2 Grand is in the deal!!! and I would recommend your business to any buddy of mine.

Got it home and set it up with no issues. Next morning went to use it, the computer had fallen asleep over night and everything inside shut down, when I pushed a key to wake it up the cooling fan in the back was twitching but not moving. Figured it was a connection issue, popped off the cover and checked connection which everything seemed fine. When I powered it back on the fan worked fine. The next day after waking this computer up again the fan was having the same issue. I get not every computer built is going to be flawless but after years of not owning a computer and this one having issues just rubbed me the wrong way. Plus even if I wanted to replace it there isn't any more in stock. Going to return and just upgrade to something better I guess.

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you had issues with your Lenovo Legion Gaming Desktop, model number 90NUZ58DUS. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.

I reached out to Best Buy and Lenovo, and continue to get zero help with Lenovo. I’ll never waste my money on Lenovo again. Going this week to exchange it for a different brand.
