But then around july ran into an issue of crashes. Lenovo has yet to solve it and its an issue with lenovo software and realtek audio. Only ways to bypass it, is to disable realtek audio in bios ans buy a usb sound card or use outdated drivers that wont work on newer games.

CPU Fan not lighting up

OK for low end gaming , nothing more..

It works for a low end gaming pc, if you plan on running demanding games, maybe consider a stronger pc. Sometimes it comes with one rgb light not working and occasionally one is facing the wrong way but the case allows you to open it and fix it.

This shipped to my house in two days after ordering and was easy to install and get running. So far no issues fingers crossed

Took it back to BestBuy the next day to have it fixed and it still struggles to find OS when turned on. It can take several tries to turn on. Bios settings are default. Has also been blue screening repeatedly. Attempted to update windows per suggestion and many times the updates fail to install or download. Expected a computer to work when I’ve had it for roughly a week.

Posted .Hello, we are sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with the Windows 10 operating System on your Lenovo Legion Tower 5i Gaming Desktop model # 90NC00J9US . Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC” Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on-screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Legion Ultimate Tech Support at: 888-278-9707
