This is a lemon computer regarding the graphics card drivers and compatibility with Lenovo. It is a nightmare with no solution that works, constant BSOD, freezes, hangs. A BBB complaint is the only solution. This has nothing to do with Best Buy, it is a problem with Lenovo. Lenovo's response / workarounds are not working, they are aware of the issue with this model but continue to dodge responsibility unless reported to the Better Business Bureau. I WILL NEVER OWN ANOTHER LENOVO PRODUCT AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE.

Please ensure all of the cables are connected and secured including power cables to the desktop, video cables to the desktop and to the monitor you are using and that they are correctly plugged in to the appropriate input/output for your system. Next double check that your monitor's input has been set correctly. If you issue persists please try swapping out your video cable to make sure that this isn't the problem. HOWEVER, before a month was up - the power stopped connecting. We brought it back to Best Buy - and 2 weeks later - we still have NO COMPUTER. NO COMMUNICATION FROM GEEK SQUAD. HORRIBLE!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got my computer just yesterday and it works great I highly recommended this computer for every one the fans look amazing the only problem is that on of the RGB fans does not change colors but every thing else is very good and there is a very good amount of storage on the SSD and HHD.

Had to buy a new motherboard.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.1/7/20 this was a christmas present to us so i just started using it,, i love it ,, very quiet, fast and powerful.. and interesting to be able to view the inside operations,, so far its great,, i do have one negative response,, the keyboard and mouse are the worst.. i dont think they could be much chintzier then they are,, w this price of computer,$1149. youd think they could give us a better keyboard,, when i can get to a store thats open i will have to buy a new wireless set,,and lighted,, i cant see the buttons, i need a light over me to see,, its really terrible.. so if u get one of these desktops, get yourself a new keyboard and mouse right away.

I have lived with this problem ever since. It constantly locks up and shuts down unexpectedly. After several attempts, the Geek squad has been unable to fix the problem. Their last attempt was on 03/29/2024. I've finally decided to get rid of it this month, September of 2024.
