This Build from Lenovo is Great ! The listened to their audience , pleanty of fans to keep the CPU and GPU cool , hitting Cinebench stress test in the mid 70's (all cores) , enjoying the virtual cores from the video card in high refresh , decent power supply ,ok cable management
Fast ram , the motherboard can handle upgrades to i9 with no hassles , love the case with mesh , to exhaust can hanlde to 140mm Fans or 3 120mm very tight fit (yes it can).
Only one small flaw but easily resolve, small size 512GB SSD for such a great Build.(1Tb would be the sweet spot)
Thanks Lenovo , very Happy with my gaming Pc.

Get this Prebuilt. Its blazing fast and super quiet even while playing games in high settings. Only downside is that for the price, I would of hoped the SSD was 1TB. RGB isnt really my thing so Im glad they gave the option of turning it off. I think the bios is locked when it comes to udgusting ram speeds, so I would do some research before upgrading with other 3rd party rams. Lenovo reps if you are reading this, please let me know where I can get the right ram upgrade for this.

Great tower. Love the aesthetic. Was looking for something that could comfortably handle the Adobe suite particularly Premiere and this does easily.

Came with a large scratch in the glass plate. Was very excited for this computer but will need to go through the return process now to get one without defects..
I will update this review once I receive a unit without damage.

A Casual Gamer's First Impression

I've been an Xbox fan for generations of consoles. After two of my Xbox One consoles were "bricked" by a widespread, corrupting update from Microsoft in August of 2021 though, my curiosity for gaming computers was piqued.
I had heard that console gaming was losing relevance, but had never really looked any deeper into the claim. However, once I'd taken some advice from a few reputable YouTube channels and learned about some of the internals, and I found this OEM pre-built on Best Buy's website. It was purchased at a slight discount.
Due to the GPU shortage at the time of my purchase, a pre-built desktop was my only real option in terms of finding a gaming PC that would meet my standards. I wanted a graphics card that would last for a few years, a decent CPU, and great cooling. Dual-channel RAM was a must as well. not to mention plenty of SSD storage. I kind of wanted to look decent too.
This computer hits almost all of my check marks starting with plenty of RAM. I love the 16GB of RAM that's already installed in a dual channel format to give that RTX 3060 the brain power it needs through a fantastic processor. I'm seriously impressed as well to the fact that this thing has TEN truly near silent fans running at all times. It's got a well-ventilated case with a mesh front and top with three fans each as well as a single rear fan- not to mention a CPU fan as well. . . AND 2 more on the GPU. The RGB customizable lighting is just mesmerizing and simple, and not too obnoxious aesthetically. The build quality of the case is strong, and I really like the thicker glass on the side. Overall it's just sturdy.
This thing is mostly fantastic. I am excited to have a warrantied OEM machine from a trusted brand with decent proprietary software that allows for power allocation and over-clocking in an amateur gamer's-friendly way. There's plenty of expansion room in the case as well, meaning I'll have plenty of opportunity to upgrade in the future. That extra room though brings me to the only two reasons I can't give it 5 stars.
The first criticism I have is related to SSD space on this computer. big ole' SSD was very important in my search. If a big, bad computer could churn out some graphics, I knew I'd want some data-consuming games to run on the system.
The first thing that keeps this PC from a 5 star review is the fact that the SSD just isn't quite big enough. Instead of half of a Terabyte as an SSD, I would have really liked to at least seen preferably an additional 1 Terabyte hard drive, or even better: a stand-alone 1 Terabyte SSD. Lenovo could have made an extra $100 from me had they installed a slightly larger SSD, as instead it went to an SSD manufacturer of a 2 Terabyte card that I will install as my first upgrade.
Secondly, the fact that the cheap and useless, stereotypical keyboard and mouse come with this machine just does not impress me. Everyone does this, but I think Lenovo has the opportunity to stand-out instead by including their K500 RGB keyboard and M500 RGB Mouse as a bundle.
Best Buy machines are designed for amateurs and intermediate gamers as myself. Why not include a better keyboard and mouse for people who generally aren't going to be picky as to their keyboard and mouse. As someone who just wanted everything branded "Legion", I went out of my way to purchase the other products and was just as satisfied with both of them. I'm sure most purchasers of this unit will feel the same.
Overall, it's fast. The graphics are killer. It supports a 1440p 144Hz monitor without blinking and with a calm and cool CPU. It blows me away that I've been "missing-out" on PC gaming for so long, and I'm glad to have this one as a first. I'll be updating this review as time moves along as well. For now, I highly recommend it.

I’ve had this pc for about 6 months now and it runs every bit as well as it did when it first arrived. Components are high quality (as is the case, and ventilation meshj, and it can handle any game I throw at it at max settings (though I almost exclusively play WoW on it). Very easy to run games, addons, discord, and stream gameplay on a dual-monitor setup all at the same time without any dip in performance or heat issues. The fans do a great job of keeping the pc cool, and they are very quiet even under load. I can’t stress how good the ventilation is.
Two things to note:
1. If using a wired headset, you may need to buy an adapter if you want to run audio and voice through a single cord. The io has input for a mic, and headphones, but not a voice/audio headset
2. The pictures on this website may show the pc as having two exhaust fans at the top. The pc DOES NOT come with these fans. Not that it needs them at all, but still.
Overall I am extremely happy with this purchase. It was money well spent.

Best Gaming Computer I've ever owned

I just want to say that sense the dawn of home personal computers which started way back in 1983 when Radio Shack was selling the Tandy SX1000 computer, technology has come a long, long way.
I purchased this computer strictly for it's gaming capabilities. I got this computer home and hooked it up and completed all the setup routines that we all have to go through and began downloading my favorite games that I like to play starting with Division 2. Upon downloading my games I wanted to see just how good this Lenovo Legion Tower actually performed, and I must say I was completely blown away by the speed, the graphics and the overall performance of this machine. I've had this machine for only a couple of weeks now and I must say that the graphic card that comes with this machine is awesome. My graphics have never looked better, there is so much more detail in the graphics and the transitions are smooth as silk, and the speed is incredible to say the least. Anyone who is into gaming will not be disappointed if they buy this gaming computer. The only reason I gave it four (4) stars is because of the small SSD hard drive that comes installed in this computer. I bought a 2TB SSD external Sandisk to download all my online games which eat up alot of disk space. I must say you cannot beat solid state hard drives when it come to retrieving your games and loading up time. I hope this helps in your decision if your looking for a good well built powerful gaming machine.

This is my first official gaming PC, ive had gaming laptops but finally upgraded to one. I've always wanted to build my own but with the prices right now for GPU and other components, when I saw this prebuilt I decided to go with it. Lenovo offers warranty and great customer support for the product. I've been running FPS, League, and other games with no issues and the best part, the pc stays cool. Only issue is the 512 SSD, but that is an easy fix and I will be upgrading it shortly. Thank you Lenovo for a great first desktop experience, you have a new customer here.

I am so happy with this desktop! I searched far and wide for a computer that specifically supported my Oculus Quest 2 so I could play Rift games. This graphics card is a beast and this is amazing right out of the box. I have a lot of storage need, so I knew I would need to upgrade or add on to the on-board SSD. I found a WD 1TB SSD and was able to add it fairly easily. There is additional drive storage and connections on the left panel. I struggled with getting it initialized, but that was with the WD drive, not this computer. I love this thing! It's pretty, its fast, and it does everything I need it to with no hesitation.

Super super super happy with my choice here. Components are amazing and run super well. Playing valorant my cpu utilization is only around 35% and my gpu is only at around 45%. Multitasking is awesome on this computer and games such as metro exodus or other high gpu taxing games run very well. The cooling on this thing is incredible. The mesh on the top and front gets really optimal airflow throughout the case no issues whatsoever with cooling playing my games I don’t think it’s gotten over 60 degrees Celsius yet. If it’s in your price point… BUY IT!

I've only had it for a short period of time, but so far so good. Runs quiet and games run smoothly.
Two things I don't like.
The 512GB ssd. Unacceptable for the price of the desktop. I ended up buying a 2TB for $275 (tax incl) which bumped the total cost significantly.
The front Legion logo light pulsates when the computer goes to sleep. As far as I can tell from searching the web and Lenovo community forums. You cannot turn this off, which means if you tend to leave your computer on overnight. It will light up the room. Not a steady light, but one that blinks. Really annoying.
Overall a good computer. I would give it 3.5 stars

Great Pre-Built System

I have no complaints with this system. It meets all of my expectations. It is probably the best pre-built system I've ever laid my hands on. The only complaint I have is that the NVME SSD is to small. I installed a Samsung Evo 970 2TB NVME SSD and cloned the smaller included drive to it, then made it the primary drive. The RTX 3060 video card has been fantastic and supports both of my 27' Displays @ 2560x1440 165hz with no issues. Gaming and video playback are flawless! The included mouse and keyboard are nothing to brag about so I replaced them with my own. The machine also ships without a bunch of bloatware. I give the value 4 out of 5 due to the hard drive size. Yes I would buy this unit again.

I bought this and didn't get the liquid cooling like advertised I realized and understood by looking at the other reviews that many people that bought this didn't understand that it came with liquid cooling, or they were just uneducated I called the best buy support to solve my problem and they said it would take over 2 months to get the product replaced this was also a Christmas gift so I didn't end up sending it back that way i had a gift to give to a family member (that I only see once a year) so I j8ust delt with it and gave it as is that computer itself is ok it's worth it for ju8st the processer and the graphics card but still not even just for me there was an obscured amount of false advertisement and I'm almost positive if I sent it back i would of just ended up with the same problem again (since almost everyone is getting the wrong product) and for the most part the person who helped me did almost absolutely nothing but put me on hold multiple times and tell me i was wrong even though i could see it with my two eyes and she was correct. Best Buy fix this problem and stop sending uneducated people the wrong stuff.

Yeah you may be able to save some money building this yourself. BUT, the support from Lenovo and Best Buy are worth the premium in my opinion. This thing is rock solid, stays cool, and the specs are in the upper mid range. Perfect pre-built. Really happy with it so far.
