Great computer with a terrible paint job

In a lot of ways, this product deserves four stars: the screen is nice, the M7 is snappy, and the keyboard is excellent (with none of the issues people have reported in the past; a firmware update fixed those). But I'm giving it three stars for the following three reasons: 1) The device came with stickers on the top and right bezels. Not a strange thing, really. Lots of computer companies do this. However, these stickers left such a thick, gummy residue on the screen that after removal I had to research ways online to remove it. On the Lenovo forum, a Lenovo employee acknowledged that they were aware of the issue, and that they recommended using a citrus based solvent to get the stuff off. I did just that, and the process made such an incredible gummy mess, that I ended up getting the residue on my hands and on the back of the tablet. So, of course, I used more citrus solvent to clean that, and the finish on the tablet wiped right off (see the picture I attached). 2) That's issue number two. The paint on these tablets is low quality. It literally wipes away after brief contact with citrus! And it scratches VERY easily. The back of my tablet looks terrible now because the paint/finish is thin/faded/scratched where I cleaned it with the citrus solvent. 3) Customer service sucks! I called Lenovo to complain about these stickers, the insane residue they left on screen, and the fact that the back of my tablet got marred while cleaning it with the product THEY suggested using, and all I got was a tough luck. I like to take good of my devices, and I like them to look good. And now the computer I'll be using for the next few years looks terrible. If you also care about keeping your devices nice, you might want to avoid this product, as the finish/paint is not durable at all.
