When you buy a manufacturer refurbished desk top, sometimes there are issues. The Geek Squad ironed out a couple of them and the other was the pass key for activating Windows didn't work. That had to come from Lenovo and with one email I was able to get a new pass code within 24 hours as promised. All issues have been taken care of so far. The desk top itself performs as expected and overall was a good deal. I am able to complete all tasks that I need to cover. I spent a little more time than I would have liked to getting everything set up but that is to be expected when you buy refurbished. Refurbished usually has no issues but using my Total Tech Support plan and the manufacturer's guaranty worked like a charm.

I bought this for my 6 year old's distance learning so I could not have to turn over my laptop daily. Nice price for a capable enough system. The company that shipped it (not Best Buy) sent it with the wrong power cord. I called them, talked to a very nice person easily, and she sent the right one right out for me. It came quickly and I was up and running. It was a bit annoying to not be able to use it right away, but overall great item and purchase.

Although this desktop is older than I expected it was really dirt cheap. It functions well enough for my son to get his work done. In the same situation, I would definitely buy the same thing again. I had to purchase a wireless usb to get it online.

The computer is a gift for someone else, so I am unsure how it runs at this time. My problem is the item you receive is not the item pictured, and I have an automatic problem with that deception. Will have to see if the giftee still wants to keep it, since it doesn't actually have an CD/DVD drive.

This unit was not the model displayed on the website. They sent the mini desktop. They picture the full size desktop. The review will not let me add photos.

One of the three we purchased doesn't work. What is the procedure to get a replacement? Two of them work well. Thanks, Chuck Cooper

Died after 18 months and used it maybe 2 dozen times as I also use my laptop, table and phone. Tec said it was motherboard and not worth replacing

Very weak and flimsy. Wouldn’t recommend it even for web browsing

The specs were wrong so i returned it. It showed up on time though.

Didn’t use it, my son didn’t want it so I returned it the next day and there is no way to get money back for internet protection that I had to pay $30 for because Best Buy has no contact info with the automatic emails I get to download the security.

I didnt expect it to be so compact lol but its perfect! Freed up desk space.

Bought this computer for my mother as a replacement for her older computer. She loves it.

I will buy this kind of desktop again later Exciting to use everyday

the one I ordered crapped out in less than a week. May have been a good machine back in it's day.

Very happy with this pc I added a SSD and this thing boots in under 15 seconds this is second refurbished pc I purchased and I am glad I did.
