i bought the Lenovo Smart Clock 8/17/2019 and so far it is working fairly well. It does most things I want and I looks pretty sharp on the nightstand. The alarm clock portion couldn't be better. However, I do have some problems with the "smarts of the speaker" and the hardware itself. 1. The software (smarts) - There is no continued conversation. After having this on all the other smart speakers and displays I really miss it. I have read forums and posts saying its coming so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. There is also no home view like you get with the Google Hub and Lenvovo displays. You also can't pair this with a Bluetooth speaker for better quality sound. 2 The hardware - The speaker in this clock is super anemic. You can crank it all the way up and its OK but I feel you shouldn't have to do that. My Google Mini speakers, though similar in size, put out way better sound. As an alarm clock you can make it loud enough to work and even when using the assistant its OK but it isn't designed of listening to music. Adding the ability to pair a Bluetooth speaker with it like all other Google Assistant devices allow, even the Google Home Hub does this, would elevate the problem. I bought this to replace Best Buy's own Insignia Portable smart clock speaker and if the ability to add a Bluetooth speaker isn't added I'll be moving the Insignia back to my nightstand. I'm keeping it though and will move it somewhere else, just wanted people buying it to know these things in advanced. My rating would be 5/5 if the software issues were corrected by either Lenovo or Google. This device could be great. I've tried reaching out to both but have gotten no reply from either.

I really love this little smart clock. I considered the Google Hub before purchasing this item. I'm happy I went my choice. If I wanted a camera or a larger screen, I would use my tablet. It's perfect on the night stand, not bright (it adjusts itself between night and day) and the volume settings are good. It has been updated for continued conversation on Google home and also to work as a digital frame for your Google photos. I also purchased smart bulbs and can control my lights with it thru Google home.

This thing is awesome, super easy to set an alarm but also so convenient. It tells me good morning and goes into the weather and the news automatically, a pretty nice way to wake up. Definitely won't regret it if you purchase it. Plays peaceful sounds when going to sleep do yourself a favor and upgrade your alarm clock

I have this in my bedroom on the nightstand and couldn't be happier. I can turn on Pandora, jump in the shower and not only still hear the music, but it can hear me as well. The interface is very easy to use and read. Setup took like 2 minutes.

When I opened the box my first thought was, "this thing is so small". I plugged it in and placed it on my bedside table and was pleased because it was very neat looking and didn't take up much space on my table. It works great. I can see it well without my glasses. I can choose my own photos to be the background for the clock display. Setting alarms is very easy. It can play music if you like. The clock is set automatically. All these features are done using voice commands. NO tiny buttons to fumble with. I love this clock, it is exactly what I wanted plus more. I purchased this on sale so it really was an excellent value.

It's a glorified clock with many bells and whistles. plays music, shows weather, and tells you google search results (internet required). it's even more useful with Nest products like setting thermostat remotely, locking and unlocking the door, and even livestreams who's in your front door with the Nest doorbell. there's usb charging port in the back. I wouldn't pay full price for this clock but it's worth it when it's on sale.

We purchase the clock for our living room when we got rid of the dvr.... needed a clock! Setup was quick and worked well immediately. We picked a clock face we liked. I like the weather on the clock face. Glad we got it.

Purchased this clock as a father's day gift. The clock is the perfect size for a small bedside table. It gives your a brief overview of the forecast and the traffic for your morning communte.

This is a great little clock. It was very easy to set up (And I am definitely not a techy) it is very easy to read with large numbers and the screen is not cluttered with a lot of unnecessary information. It is also extremely easy to set or change the alarm time by just summoning Google to do it for you. It will give you the weather report or play music or give you relaxing sounds all by asking Google. And with its compact size it takes up very little Room on the bedside table.

Excellent Google Assistant experience, great looking and unbeatable price. Highly recommended.

I have 4 of these in my house. I bought one for my wife and I's bedroom, for an easy way to control our nightstand lamps as well as interact with the rest of our google ecosystem in the house. I loved the first one so much, I bought several more. One for my office, aka guest room, one for my wife's office and one for my 10month old. The one for my 10 month old, I heavily modified and did a resto-mod on an old 1930's receiver system that belonged to her great-grandpa and was about to be thrown out. I kitted it out with new speaker, custom plate for the display and period switch for the mic switch. I kept all functionality of the original switches and also added VU meters for a classic look. I am well aware this voided any form of warranty, but that's okay. My daughter's great grandma loves it, and says her late husband would have loved it too as he loved building and restoring things. The clock itself has proven to be pretty reliable, in fact more reliable than 1 of our Google Mini's. The sound quality is pretty good, and the display is crisp and bright. I do recommend this.

It's a very great product and does everything is advertises with ease. Something I would recommend is allow the transfer of alarm ringtones, from your phone, so you're not just stuck with the same ringtones.

Had Google Nest hubs (7") as alarm clocks in my kids' rooms. Swapped them out for the Lenovo smart clock, and was surprised when the kids wanted to keep the clocks. Volume is louder (for hard sleepers), and the clock looks much cleaner than the display. Still have access to music services and Google assistant. Much smaller than I thought they would be. Great purchase at the holiday sales price. Would buy again, in a heartbeat.

I love this clock for its sound and size. The speakers for this small clock are great and fill my small office. Unfortunately, it does come with bugs. It randomly resets and does not function if not connected to WIFI not even the clock. There is a face on the clock that no longer works, its just a black screen even after a soft and hard reset. Some apps (Pandora) crash mid song. Sadly this is one of very few Google Assistant clocks that are not made by Google. I would suggest this if you can bear with the glitches. I would suggest the extended warranty on this product as well.

Very decent smart clock for the money. Very well surprised to find I could view my back door security cam on the screen. I knew the camera was supported on our nest hub but I wasn't so sure on this. It's great. Nice having a smart device in the bedroom to turn on the smart plugs & lights and etc. Also like the hard button to mute the mic. My wife told me she wants one now for her side of the bed. She likes how dark it gets at night (you can turn the screen fully off by asking the Google assistant to turn off dusplay) and how bright it is during the daytime. Very nice device at a very reasonable price tag.

The Smart clock is clean looking, small , cute and practical. It perfect as a bedroom alarm clock and for any other spaces in your home. Item is perfect for minimalism lifestyles.

I like the clock. The assistant is great for hands free alarm setting! It picks up randomly and starts talking, but that's my fault for taking about Google so much. All and all, I love the Product!

It does not have many features, but as Google Assistant has, it is excellent for unleashing and far commands for a smart home.

I needed a clock in my den and the Lenovo smart clock is the perfect size to set next to my TV.

Only thing i dont like is i cant watch my arlo cameras on the google clock like the nest display. I do like the usb in the back for my wireless charger made my dresser look better.
