Unfortunately I also returned it. This is an ok tablet if you don't want to add the Kindle app for reading, actually anything to do with Amazon. I mainly use the tablet for reading books. After I was unable to download the Kindle app after several tries I read all the reviews and googled what could be the problem, here to find out that their are others who had the same problem. This tablet was useless to me so I returned it.

Also, was charged my certificates for s supposedly free item. Still trying to get my reward certificates back. If it’s free, how can I be charged for it. Didn’t want it anyway since our wireless carrier has own protection. Never even downloaded it.

I couldn't do anything with it. I had to go online and find out the it needed a fast reboot, then it happened again. And a week later I couldn't get it to turn on at all. I plugged it in and no power. I had to do another reboot. I tried calling customer support and got the run around. And when I finally reached someone I was trying to tell her how frustrating it is to purchase something and have these types of problems. I was told that if it happens again to send it in and they would repair it. And then the line went dead. I returned it to Best Buy and bought a Samsung for an extra $74.00.

This tablet has 5 pin charging port, so it is not easy for kids to charge it. One of them has been broken due to my kid's unskilled. I think Lenova should have to C type port for kids.

I need to install Webroot security with antivirus. I tried to install this program but it would not download, said I needed to install download manager. I searched download manager and received 10 of them. I need help with this item, but the Geek Squad services are still not available. I belong to the Geek Squad Plan and pay a yearly fee. I need to know when they will resume their services. I would be willing to drop the tablet off with my laptop and pick them up when they are done. Since I have not used the tablet yet, I can't answer these questions.

Decided to go with a lesser cost . My old tablets were operating on old android systems and couldn'tdownloadapps I wanted. I wanted to upgrade to the 9.0. It worked great until last month it started acting crazy, freezing up and many more issues well yesterday it stopped charging completely. I tried a bunch of different cords to no avail. It may have a manufacturing warranty but who wants to wait for ever to get it fixed and having to ship it. Never again will I buy leveno

The tablet couldn't handle one app being open let alone two without extreme lag. This is not the tablet for college students...for media consumption it's fine, but for nothing else.

If there are several apps running at the same time, or apps running in the background, this can cause lagging or a slower speed. Also if there are large files on the tablet, this can slow them down too. You can always use a microSD card to store those larger files on to free up space. When on the internet sluggish to respond to touch. Probably due to internet cutting out. I even re-booted the tablet once and still have problems. I miss my Samsung!
