A good adroid tablet for given budget

I didn't tried gaming on it so wouldn't be able to comment on it's performance

Yhe only issue I have right now is that I can't seem to find out how to get a downloaded app icon on the home screen. This would be helpful and save me time for the apps I frequently use. I have never encountered this kind of difficulty using android equipment.
