I have tried to download the rescue app from service. It cannot open. I have tried to download the it set manual. It is very difficult to get onto the home screen. I'm still working on it. I have tried to leave feedback. There is no button for the answer as to whether I was able to do what I wanted. Could not even send it. I suggest they consider making this useable. It is also very difficult to contact them through contact us. I never did get there.

I bought this tablet to replace a Nexus 10 (from 2012 I think), so I was expecting to easily outperform my old device. My kids use it mostly for games and looking at pictures. Well, this Lenovo tablet couldn't run a gaming application (Beyblade something) that my old tablet could. The only reason I wanted to replace it was due to poor battery life, not performance. Anyway, you might be lucky, but it seems to me like this Lenovo tablet is underpowered, I'll have to exchange it.

This Tab M10 tablet has no cellular/broadband data capability built in. You can create a WiFi Hotspot with a compatible cell phone then connect this Tab M10 Tablet to that WiFi signal. We recommend you contact your cellular provider for more details.

It fits great in my purse so I can take it with me if needed. It's user friendly but I'm sure there are things about it I haven't figured out yet. Best of all, the internet is very fast. If you're happy with an android, It's a great value for the money.
