Screen cracked while charging flat on a table.

I own several tablets, and this one was an addition to the other ones to be able to play a game with multiple accounts simultaneously. 3 days ago I placed the tablet flat on a table for charging and next morning the screen was cracked. After 2 days trying to reach someone in Tech support/warranty a rep from Lenovo says is an accident so they would not take care of the screen. In a sense I can understand why Lenovo says that, but on the other hand I know as a fact that the screen cracked without anybody interacting with the devidce No accident , Tablet resting on a table and screen cracked overnight, Faulty materials I suggest you consider very carefully before buying this model (TabM10 FHD PLUS). Could be a one time incident or maybe the screens used on this tablet are bad. Other than that the only issue I noticed is that the battery last half of the time comparing to Samsung Tab A or Samsung tab E. Based on the experience I would NOT recommend this tablet.
