I bought it open box so no instruction manual - we have been getting to know each other through trial and error. The manager and customer service staff were all extremely helpful in suggesting this product to me for what I could afford and wanted to do with it. It is quick to charge and easy to hold (which is what I wanted for reading books).

Its quick, it's super huge (actually bigger than I meant to buy it expected) and had not yet lagged. It's locked down to a kid friendly point that nothing goes on on the tablet that I'm unaware of because I have to approve everything before hand. Love it!!!
