Not satisfied with this tablet, I'm going back to best buy to see what they can do for us.

Same issues were present on the second one as well. For some reason, a black screen would be displayed instead of video.

Have only used 1/3 of the provided memory and its take long to do almost anything. Even basic functions like browsing the internet. So slow that it seems like the button wasn't even pressed. Every time I switch between apps it refreshes the app I'm switching to and takes fooooreverrrrr to load it again.
