    Great price. Great display. Horrible battery. The charging is so slow. As in plugged it in overnight and woke up to it still not fully charged slow. Which ruins the concept of a tablet, the portability and time without a charge. I returned it and got a Samsung instead.

    Complete trash very slow and crashes randomly all the time I got two one for each kid and they both do it so it’s not just a bad one definitely don’t recommend

    i would write about this tablet but geek squad stole it from me after trying to use my protection plan. they won't respond to calls and i tried to go in person all to be told to leave because i made no appointment! what rude people. the sales man lied to me and sold me a protection plan to geek squad and not best buy. it's months later and they refuse to deal with it. i have all the paperwork and all the receipts and the guy still says it's not a best buy issue because i bought insurance from a separate company. well inside best buy is a geek squad station, now i know why they did not want the box or anything else proving I bought this tablet. i should have realized this from the start after taking the tablet on it's own from me. so I looked up geek squads reviews and they all were horrible except for this one review posted top of the screen.

    the face recognition feature to sign in most of the time does not work, and when using it is kind of sluggish , I will return it
