Since I ordered a case for it and everything I decided to keep it. If I didn’t it would definitely be taken back. It is unusually sluggish and crashes repeatedly when trying to play Netflix shows for my son. I’ve tried to use it a few times for games and the response from the touchscreen to the software is even slow so it is horrible for that.

It was relatively cheap but it functions as I hoped. I cant speak for everyday use because it literally doesnt get used except for the stated reasons. The standby battery life seems pretty good.

Good solid tablet

Granted, it was a lot of user errors, but she simply couldn't use it. It was set up for her and she has not been having the problems with it that she had with the Samsung.

Maybe should have made it a little more user friendly in regards to color. I had to make 2 trips to the store for a SD Card was told it had one in the box... Not!! Speed was good as promised but the rest not so much.

I bought it because of how big the tablet is. Its very slow loading her games. It closes out of her apps. I was only a few days late to return it

Since i am used to a Samsung tablet, I think I just have to go through the settings.

Defective OPEN BOX right out of the box (on-line)

AS PER POLICY now have have to wait 15 - 30 days to be credited my purchase in order to buy again on-line
