    Shockingly Slow

I thought this being a new tablet release a few months ago and running Android 7.0 , that this would be a fast or at least smooth usability.Unfortunately it was slow and lagged on all applications. I put it next to my 3 year old Nexus 7 and it couldn't compare. The Nexus 7 was still faster and smoother. After finding this to be the case and several lock ups I had to return it. Instead I bought the Samsung Tab S2 8.0 and I'm very happy. More expensive, but worth it.

We are sorry to hear that you hare having speed problems with your Tab 4, 8" Plus. You may want to shut down some of the apps running in the background,
this can help with speed and lock ups. Also, speed can be related to what WiFi speed you are getting from your provider. lenovo

Purchased with the intent to replace my Nexus 7 (2013) and supplement as a back-up for my Samsung Tab S3.. I am shockingly surprised by its performance. The Nexus' Snapdragon S4 is 4 years older than the 625 in the Tab 4, granted, but it is buttery smooth, and performs very well under pressure. The build quality is impressive, and the fingerprint reader is a rare and welcomed feature. Its nice to see Lenovo leading the 8 inch tablet scene with this well made device.
