Imagine my surprise when I opened up the carton and found the little black box inside looked nothing like any 'desktop computer' I'd ever seen before. The store didn't have one of these available for display so I purchased it on the strength of its memory and processor specs. Next surprise - no audio out to provide sound to the speakers during Zoom meetings and the like. Fortunately my Viewsonic monitor has a stereo out jack that provides more than adequate audio for such tasks. All that sais, we, the wife and I, (it's her computer after all) are quite satisfied with the device. Most everything these days is HDMI video I suspect so audio out didn't present us with a problem but ... be advised, no speaker plug. But after all, what's not to like about the size of its footprint!?

Great deal on a decently powered low-end business class machine, especially among small form factor devices. I was all set to order a set of Dell OptiPlex 3080 or 3090 devices, but for about the same price, you get double the RAM, an NVMe SSD instead of an HDD, and still an i3 series CPU. It made the purchase decision a no brainer.
