TERRIBLE PRODUCT & EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Was never able to get the web camera to work on this monitor. While my computer was able to detect the monitor, the audio/speaker and their respective drivers, it never detected a camera or its driver. As such, the logical conclusion is there is something wrong with the camera. When I called customer service, was told it was a "compatibility" issue and "nothing they could do." Have had this monitor a little over one month and am now out $230 with a non-working webcam monitor - the sole reason I bought this product. WORTHLESS.

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues getting the webcam on your Lenovo ThinkCentre 22 Monitor. To get the webcam to operate properly, you will need to connect the monitor to the computer with a second cable. This one is the USB Type B to USB Type A cable, like this one: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/tripp-lite-6-usb-type-b-to-usb-type-a-cable-black/6413115.p?skuId=6413115. The USB Type B side connects to the monitor and the USB Type A side connects to your computer. This is in addition to the video cable that also needs to be connected to the monitor and computer.
