Does not work!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.As a psychologist I was excited about this monitor because of the webcam to do teletherapy and the ability to adjust the screen for psych testing. The built in speakers were a plus also. I read the reviews and all the frustration buyers were having getting the monitor to operate. I should have listened because of course it didn't work for me either. I bought the correct cord and also called Lenovo tech support who's only help was to tell me to call HP?? I will be returning to Best Buy tomorrow.

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with connecting your Lenovo ThinkVision 24 Monitor. It takes two separate cords to properly connect the ThinkVision 24 Monitor to a Windows 10 Computer. A video cabe, the ThinkVision Monitor uses a DisplayPort connection. If your computer doesn't have a DisplayPort you will need an adapter compatible with your computer's video out port with a DisplayPort connection on the monitor side. Then you will also need s USB Type B to USB Type A cable to connect the ThinkVision Monitor to your computer for the webcam and audio functions on the monitor. I HAVE a Lenovo laptop computer and this has been impossible to install. Site won't support the product, can't be detected, had to manually install drivers, tech support was unable to help. When I went back to look more closely at reviews I realized 99% of all positive reviews were from customers who had a "tiny". Anyone trying to connect from an external computer, another brand, etc........not so great.

We even called Levono’s help desk and the couldn’t help us. They kept telling us we had the wrong wires, but we tried all of them and it didn’t work. Even looked for videos online but none came up.
