Great refurb laptop

It is core i5, yes it is not the latest gen but runs so good and at the price you cannot go wrong. This is one of the few laptops on this size and with the great keyboard that the Thinkpad usually has. If you look for something small, affordable but fast to use it for years this is a good deal. Also this refurb warranty is even longer than the regular one.

Good solid machine

It is scratches everywhere and chipped paints and dents. So if you dont like a old computer that someone used for like over 5 years and bestbuy just fix it and resell it. Dont buy it. Because it is nothing like new and extremly filthy and dirty and just bad ! we had to return ours and took over one month to get the money back too. Never buy refurb stuff from best buy again.

Had to contact customer service and can not say to much about the professionalism and how promptly they responded to my problems. Could not be happier with laptop and customer service!

Hard drive broke on day 83
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Hard drive broke on day 83. There apparently is no warranty- not with Best Buy or with Lenovo. I didn't buy the extra protection because I am an idiot and I thought I read somewhere that all refurbished Best Buy computers come with a one year warranty. That is simply not true. My only option was to return it within the first 15 days. Never buying refurbished anything ever again. This has been a huge waste of my time and money. Wish I could go back in time. :(
