Purchased this laptop after being advertised on the website. Upon receipt, it was packaged carefully and came with instructions on how to get it started. Very simple instructions and it was fast. For the money, it was a great purchase for my daughter in high school.

Great value on a spare laptop used for travel. Small and light - great for travel.

This laptop works quickly and is easy to use. My only problem with it was that the SD card slot did not work. I had to have it fixed by my computer guy who highly praised the Lenovo brand. That would be the down side of refurbished. Every thing else works well on it.

on the website the laptop was shown with finger scanner and when it come it was without scanner and also it was written that company refurbished but came from some local dealer. saying something and sending something

Ordered one for vacation. Came with an i7 core, not i5. Tried to access the camera through Windows 10. Didn't recognize it. After trying several things to make the camera work, it still wouldn't function. Thought the integrated camera was defective, so sent it back for repair. It came back with a note from the repair company stating that the laptop webcam was not compatible with Windows 10. If you are buying this for the webcam, you need to figure out another way to make it work for you. I managed to get my camera operating through video chat on Facebook. Haven't tried other sites yet. So, be forewarned it's not all it's presented to be *but* it's not bad once you figure out how to make the camera work for you. Would I recommend to a friend? Yes and no. It's certainly speedier than my previous laptop, but the camera issues were disappointing.
