A good purchase; refurbed laptops and desktops are a good alternative to brand new stuff if you don't mind getting older equipment. Here are some observations: * Came with Win 10 Pro. Specs said Home. Big Plus! * Screen resolution - 1600x900. Specs said 1366 x 768. Another Big Plus! * 9-cell battery. The spec pics showed a 6-cell. A Plus. So far, battery life is very good. * The internal disk drive did not have a carrier, just a single rubber support. The is an automatic 1-star deduction. Too easy for the drive to wriggle loose. I decided it was easier to get a carrier off eBay ($5) than mess around with the warranty. * The chiclet keyboard is meh. I don't do that much typing for it to be a pain (yet). It it does become so, I found instructions on how to swap in an older, better keyboard. In general, I'm pleased with this machine. It replaced a refurbed HP laptop (32-bit) I've had for 8+ years. I expect to keep this one for awhile. BTW - replacing the internal drive with an SSD improves performance, esp. at bootup, and should extend battery time.

Easy to use, and very fast, however the battery life is not more than 4 hrs.

This is a great little laptop for home use. The windows setup was a bit difficult, having never bought a refurb before I was perplexed when it didn't work, but there are instructions included to activate, though I wish this was just done before packaging. Has good speed and functionality and I'm certain it could be much more customized than I've done.

I love everything about this laptop. It was so affordable and has the function of the expensive ones. It’s light, tiny, and so user friendly. I love how for the price, it comes with a CD drive so I can watch DVDs. If you need just a basic laptop for school or research, this is definitely the one. I didn’t want to waste money on special features that I know I won’t use or won’t jnow how to use.

Value for money. It performs faster than expected. Only screen is slightly dull but that’s completely bearable

This computer was as represented. Biggest shortcoming is the lack of a solid state hard drive. But for $275, it filled my bill perfectly. I LOVE the trackpad instead of a mouse.

I've had this computer for about 2 weeks. the good: It is working well, keyboard buttons are smooth, screen is good, DVD player seems to work fine the bad: Wow is it thick and heavy for such a small laptop! There is a sticker over the top of the outside cover which is already starting to peel off... Overall - a nice refurbished laptop for the price!

This is a great brand laptop, so far the laptop has not given me any issues. It moves fast and is user friendly for business and personal use!

From the first day of receiving computer, the battery life after being fully charged was at most 30 minutes. I contacted them within a week. I understand that I was purchasing refurbished, but after contacting them, they wanted me to drive to store (over an hour one way) to exchange. So, ultimately, for convenience, we will just plug it in.

Seems to be refurbished nicely. Great physical appearance. It needed several windows updates after loading the operating system.

My first time ordering something refurbished. This machine is great. Boots up fast, Net Surfing is fast. Great picture and Sound! It is heavy, I wasn't ready for that. I am glad we don't have to lug it around. We love that it doesn't get hot.

Great laptop, easy to use, lots of great features especially being able to sign on using your fingertip

This laptop is light, easy to use, came loaded with everything I needed and none of the extra features I didn't. Pages load fast, screen has great picture.

I purchased this laptop for our church fellowship hall A/V system. The challenge I had was to find a machine with VGA out to connect to our legacy projection system (no HDMI) for worship / presentations. This laptop fits the bill perfectly.

Good specs like i5 processor and 8gb RAM for the price makes it a great second play laptop with optical drive. Start up is a bit slower than I expected for the amount of RAM but still a good work horse.

Can't really speak to the quality of the device, but refurbished quality was poor. Computer arrived with faulty battery (couldn't unplug it even for a second), worn-out trackpad that occasionally lost sensitivity or stopped working altogether, and fan that came on as soon as I turned the computer on and ran until I turned it off. This was all apparent within minutes of starting it up. Return was smooth, though.

Very easy to set up right out of the box. It was a refurbished item, but in like new condition. Has been operating very well. Has everything I need and a decent warranty,

This was the easiest computer I have ever set up it had a computer voice helping you step by step . It didn’t take very long and I was done in about an hour. Love it and I did read all the reviews and checked with my computer tech friend who agreed that it was great for the price.

The pad is frustrating I can't navigate easily without the cursor get stuck, I am forced to use the mouse instead

Sadly I broke it but it was the best laptop I’ve ever had. I miss it so much and it lasted me a long time. I was able to download so many games and it’s definitely a great purchase!
