I was disappointed with my experience with my laptop. That arrived with an issue in the operating system and the process is not friendly at all. The right thing must be replace the item and it wasn't like that. I had to request a
Label return after three visits to the store and many texts to the seller. The best wat to Best Buy improve the service when they use Marketplace is to copy the Amazon’s process. The worse part was that a lost the offer deal what I paid amd also all the time I spent making a loss Black Friday amd Cyber Monday prices for that specific laptop. I can't believe it! I want to try with a new one! Otherwise I'll go back to HP.
