This product has a lot of good features at a good price and the reviews in general look good. Unfortunately this one was a lemon. After I charged it up I immediately discovered that the keyboard typed gibberish and I could not enter any text to enter my Wi-Fi password or anything else. In addition, the image was turned sideways with no apparent way to fix it. Back in the box for immediate return. This is not the fault of Best Buy, or Lenovo since they have a good reputation – somebody in their factory was lazy and incompetent and sent out a product with obvious flaws. I am pleased that Best Buy when I called actually told me to post this review so they can deal with the supplier. I have no problem continue to do business with Best Buy and I when I get to reordering a computer I may order a Lenovo, possibly even this brand. This problem was so bad it must be an anomaly.

Have enjoyed this laptop. For the price, which is extremely reasonable it has performed exceptionally well. It is fast and responsive, probably better than any other more expensive laptop that I have owned.

About what I expected for a refurbished laptop that is not MacBook; purchased for work b/c MacBook wasn't compatible with one of the necessary programs. Didn't want to spend the money on a new laptop, so this was a decent deal. I probably could have purchased a cheaper mouse. Both are working; fingers crossed that continues.

Nice and clean refurbished laptop. I purchased for my grand daughter. Setup was quick and came with an 18 month warranty! I'd recommend to others looking for an reasonably priced laptop. The Lenovo brand is a good choice as well.

Upgraded a seven-year-old laptop that was out of date could not beat the price condition was excellent customer service top, shelf and you can't beat the warranty saved a lot of money

Great laptop for the price. This unit was everything as advertised.

Pros: Decent battery life. Cons: Laptop delivered with a bulge on the right side of the keyboard, causing some of the keys to stick. Right side speaker doesn't work. I like this laptop model, so I'll probably try to make the repairs myself.

The keys don’t always work and the battery life is very short. This was the least expensive computer so you get what you pay for.

Best hardware and features for the price, fast and reliable

Great computer and great value. Refurbishment was appropriate, battery works well. Condition is as a new computer. Well packed and everything worked.

Have used this computer for 3 weeks now and it has NOT frozen once! Some things I would like to change, like getting the older version of Word, but that's on me, not you.
