Don’t buy this computer!

Freezes continually. I wish I had made a different choice, but I’m unfortunately stuck with the worst computer I’ve ever purchased. I will never purchase this brand ever again.

I immediately sent it back for a refund, and after being there for well over a week they still have not even begun to process the refund (it said please allow for up to 5 days to begin processing the refund).

I spent a long time trying to find the computer I wanted and waited two weeks to have it delivered. When it was delivered, I charged it for eight hours and just got vertical colored lines on the screen. After more time on the phone I was told nothing could be done so I took it to the store and they said they could not fix it. So, I needed up returning it.

After reading a lot of the reviews I was a little concerned. My main concerns over quality of the unit were unfounded. The unit is working just fine with NO problems. Glad I decided to purchase.
