I bought this pc before and it works well. Thus I bought this one for my cousin.

I bought this laptop as a downgrade from my massive gaming laptop. It does a great job. The keyboard is excellent. The screen looks great. The weight is good, and I love the lift and lock keyboard. I replaced the hard drive with a solid state and got the oneLink Dock, which works very well. Only issue is I have had to replace the motherboard three times, and the last time I had to pay for it out of pocket. Quite obnoxious.

Everything in this laptop is good minus the headphone jack. Lenovo screwed up the design so all laptops have high pitch noise coming from the headphone jack. If it wasn't for this issue, this laptop is great. Good graphics card, good battery life, super nice keyboard...

Pros: great processor, excellent display. Cons: battery life.

For my first laptop, i did what anyone would do: I extensively looked around for the best laptop for the best deal. This laptop has the best keyboard I've ever used and the touch screen and tablet mode are hugeeee pluses

The computer appears well built and meets my needs.

The major problem is no network port, only wireless connection built-in. It's very inconvenient when needed.

Screen resolution is not perfect. Many screens shows fits so small to read, sticky mousepad

Definitely the worst laptop I have purchszed , had to had multiple times due to receiving defective devices. The laptop broke within a few months and had to be sent in for repair (which Lenovo customer service is a nightmare) repairs were done very shoddy and broke again 3 months later due to their repairs, oh and if you're a month out of the warranty they'll just tell you you're out of luck. makes a great paper weight though! (Earned an extra Star for that) Stay away from Lenovo products.

Love this laptop. A bit heavier than some others, but it has all the specs I need.
