Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that your USI Pen was not compatible with your Chromebook. While Best Buy currently offers the USI Pen 2: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/lenovo-usi-stylus-pen-2-for-chromebook-grey/6567078.p?skuId=6567078, given that they use the same protocol, this may also not work out for you.
If you could, please post a question including details about the type of Chromebook you have, like the Make and Model or Model Number so that we can assist you more precisely.

Pen does not work.

I got the Lenovo USI stylus pen for my Chromebook due at 3 and it doesn't work, no matter what app I use and it is even a new battery. I cannot seem to find extra instructions for it. I want to send it back and need to search because I am unsure of how to do it. I need to do whatever the best next thing is to do, I know that much.

Hey Beth,
We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your pen.
To resolve this, we recommend ensuring that the stickers and plastic protectors are removed so that the battery connectors are not obstructed. Also, ensure that the battery is inserted in the correct orientation (+ terminal facing the tip of the pen).
If your problem persists, we recommend working with Lenovo Support for further assistance, or with Best Buy customer service to see if you are eligible to exchange your pen.

Hey, Squirrel. We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble getting your USI pen to work with your Chromebook. If you Chromebook does indeed support pen input, to try to resolve this issue, we recommend performing a power drain on the device first by long pressing its Power button for several seconds until it turns off. Once done, turn it back on after a minute, then see if the USI pen will work. Other than that, make sure that the Chromebook is already updated to its latest version. You can check this link (https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/177889?hl=en) to see how you can successfully search and install an update.

Quilty of pen

I love the pen it works really well with my duet Chromebook but the batteries are kind of expensive but overall it's okay
