I can get from 5-8 hours of regular research and typing done without a charge. It runs well for school and watching videos across multiple streaming platforms. It doesn’t use S mode, so you should have access to essentially every app/program. It starts up very quick, easy to use, keyboard is solid (no lights), and it runs smoothly. Volume is adequate, speakers are below the keyboard pointed towards the user. We attach it to a Bluetooth speaker if we need it to be louder. It’s a mid range spec PC that was running 600-700 when we were shopping. Got it for 449 as a daily deal. Screen resolution is basic, but we weren’t looking for something to match our tv quality. If you can find this PC under 500, I think it is definitely a great budget PC.

I am able to read emails, download files, track my rental property, and play Roblox with my son. It is portable and can stream videos fine. Speed is fast for basic excels, emails, and videos. If I had to critic it I would say the battery life is not great (8 hours on one charge) and it does not have HD type graphics but it still looks great.

Working good

This new one is working out well so far (22 days). Purchased opened box in excellent condition. My only issues are it doesn’t have as much disk drive space and no optical drive compared to my previous computer. Also, the camera isn’t as sharp for video chat, but I barely use it so it’s not a deal breaker.

Overall decent laptop

The mouse pad is kinda hard to work with so a USB mouse is super helpful for this computer. Is also a bit on the slower side compared to my classmates computers but it gets the job done. Nice screen size and keyboard otherwise so can’t complain with a low price like this

You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad. This configuration should be fast, with the 10th Gen, 4-Core/8-Thread Intel Core i5-1035G1 processor, which is supported by 8GB DDR4-2666MHz RAM and a 256GB M.2 2242 PCIe 3.0x2 NVMe solid state hard drive. WiFi connectivity is through the 5G, 2 x 2 802.11ac frequency WiFi. This configuration will boot from off to the Windows 10 Desktop Screen in less than 20-seconds. File recall and loading programs stored onboard will be very fast. If you are experiencing slower than expected performance, be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.

Great laptop for the money

Graphics are sufficient for non-gaming applications. Planning to use for school and so far it appears up to the task. The touch pad has a cheap feel, but that’s my only complaint.
