After setting up the computer I decided to watch some YouTube for about 30 mins, the computer froze. I had to force shut it down and start it up again, then i tried to download a game while looking around the web for what could have caused this and then the computer froze again while I was looking for a solution... Opened up Event Viewer to find 5 critical and 57 errors. I dunno if windows 10 is messed up or if my hardware is faulty. So in conclusion I am going to return this computer and exchange/return it. I saw that another person had the exact same problem as me, dunno about others.

Bought this thinking that I only needed to upgrade the ram, boy was I wrong. Computer crashes when it's in use or idle (blue screens) at least 3 times a day. At first I was blaming my program compatibility with Windows 10 so I tried to fix that first. It kept crashing even after being idle... BestBuy wouldn't refund the faulty computer because the 14 days were over and offered me to take the pc there to get diagnosed at my expense, but wouldn't guarantee me they could do much. About 5 days ago the computer froze mid-work and since then it's never turned back on... the motherboard keeps making this tune that came right out of a Disneyland movie (multiple non-stop beeps). According to the manual it could be either a ram issue or your motherboard. Tested the ram 1 by 1 on each slot, still nothing. Then I found out that the crashes were not compatibility issues but the BIOS needed an "update" according to Lenovo's website. A Flash to your BIOS is needed of the box! Not even 2 months of use and the motherboard is dead, useless. I will never buy at Best Buy or any Lenovo brands. Neither of them could help me out with this issue or even identify the problem. Stay away from this pc, it's not worth the hassle or your money (which I never got back of course).

I bought this for christmas and it loses connection to the Internet every 5 minutes but all the other devices I have are perfectly fine and don't so it's not my internet. I can't play any games on it because I just lose connection whenever I get on them.

Worked fine the first week of ownership. Nothing special loaded on it, just Steam and Office 2016. Then, last night, it would only play from our Bluetooth speaker if we had my son's headphones plugged into the desktop's microphone jack. The speaker worked fine with our other devices, so that wasn't the.problem. Lenovo wants to charge $200 for software support to fix its mess. Returning today is a much better option.
