Love the touchscreen and is lightweight and small enough for a handbag without compromising the feel of a larger screen size laptop

This was a purchase for my middle schooler. Moving from an iPad to a laptop/tablet was a great move. Has great functionality of a laptop for homework, writing assignments, etc. (Bought MS Office separately), and has a great touch screen tablet for gaming, apps, etc.The weight and size is perfect for transporting to school and back. Priced right for age group and needs. Will work through high school for sure!

I went with the Yoga because I needed a lightweight machine to perform basic writing tasks, office functionality and web work. I found the device to be more versatile than iPad or Samsung with more internal storage than the limits found elsewhere. I can use java and flash without problems and I'm not tied to an app store of any sort. While I wouldn't expect extreme gaming or video editing here, some image work can be done. It is an easy to use device that meets my needs for a more mobile environment. Since I work in a different environment daily, I love that I can shift easily as needed.

I am pleased so far, with my laptop. After a few weeks where it seemed I wasn't able to store info, or open a PDF, with the help of Geek Squad, all issues seem to be resolved. I just have to keep getting used to Windows 8.1, but I do love Office for the pre-programmed templates in Word and especially Excel!

I'm not a big gamer or watch a lot of videos or else I would have looked for a 2-1 with a faster processor. Love the fact that the screen doesn't detach. The keyboard folding up underneath can also be used as a stand when folded back, so you can keep at the edge of your work station and use the touch screen.

This lightweight laptop offers a touch screen and has the ability to fold into a tablet. It is perfect for people on the move and can be used for both work and Internet browsing. The sound volume is somewhat low, and the keyboard keys can be unresponsive at times, but otherwise this is a great laptop.

Felt this computer could've been better if it wasn't running on Pentium, in addition, the keyboard is great but sometimes the keys don't reapond no matter how light its being touched and i think it should come in more than just one color. Other than that I like the still of the computer.

I bought this as an open box item about 2 weeks ago. It was absolutely perfect and has been running without a hitch since I purchased it. It came with Windows 8.1 which I then upgraded to Windows 10. After almost two weeks, I installed Ubuntu 15.10 Linux along side Win 10. I needed it to be dual boot capable. The Ubuntu installation went very painlessly. In both Win 10 and Ubuntu 15.10 all hardware (WiFi, touch, etc.) worked flawlessly. If you are looking for a heavy duty daily driver computer to process lots of photos, videos, or programming development the Yoga 2 11 is not for you, but for short stints of such work, it is quite capable. If you plan on mainly cruising the Web, basic word processing, light programming, and video/photo editing, this little guy should be more than sufficient. I use the Yoga 2 -11 in Ubuntu most of the time. I use it at work for mainly word processing, and other light computing tasks. I like that it is light, starts up pretty quickly for a computer with an hard drive. It boots up more quickly in Ubuntu than Win 10 but the difference is minimal. Although the screen is not 1080, it is more than acceptable, and actually quite surprisingly sharp for it's resolution. The travel of keyboard keys is not as much as with many other laptops, but it isn't all that bad. The keys have enough of a positive feel typing on it is not uncomfortable, even for long periods of time. Some people have complained that, when typing, the chassis region where the keys are, seems to flex a bit. I have not noticed that issue at all. I think it has more to do with how hard one hits/presses the keys, than the actual construction. The touchpad seems to work well with both Win 10 and Ubuntu. It is responsive and accurate enough that you don't end up clicking a zillion times just to get he right work clicked, Overall, I have actually been pleasantly surprised with this little guy. It is light enough that lugging around all day should not be a problem. It's a a good value for the price (even if you have to play more for a a non-open box version. It does not seem cheap or poorly put together as some other laptops costing more.

Bought this to use as a PC member in an all MAC family. (iPad, iPhone, MacBook Pro, etc) Like the touch screen feature, the tablet mode and the size. Learning Windows 8.1 versus MAC OS easier when having touch screen option.

I needed a new computer and have wanted to try a 2 in 1. I was nervous about buying this because the difference in price compared to other brands because sometimes you do end up getting what you pay for, but this did pay off. It works very well. I'm definitely satisfied with it.

I wanted to get a convertible device (tablet with removable keyboard) but the helpful worker at Best Buy recommended this Lenovo Yoga 2 because of the memory that it had and the USB capabilities and that it would still have the ability to be a tablet (of sorts). I needed a small device I could bring with me to class and this is a perfect size. I love how easily it transitions from laptop to tablet mode. I really recommend this product!

We bought this item for my husband as he is a Veteran going to school and this is a great item as it is portable and versatile for him. Has everything he needs and isn't big and bulky like a larger laptop but he can still flip it around and use it like he would a tablet.

I was looking for a two-in-one laptop, because I really only like Windows 8 when it is in touch screen form. All of the two-in-one laptops I had looked at were super bulky, and I didn't like them. However, I surrendered to the help of an associate, and he introduced me to the Yoga 2, which I immediately fell in love with. Very cool, very fast. A great buy.

The size is what sold me, along with the versatility of it. I've been using it to type papers, browse the web and do projects for school and I really have no complaints with how easy everything is on this laptop. I do however, wish that the inside of the laptop wasn't plastic. I haven't had any problems with it being plastic, but I think another type of material would add to the quality of the laptop because I love it. I went with this one over a more expensive one and I am so happy I did.

My son's high school just went 1:1 so we went looking for something that was portable without sacrificing quality. We also did not want to pay too much in case it was lost or damaged. This item was perfect with its beautiful display and large hard drive.

Overall, a great laptop for my daughter for school. It's fast, boots up fast, great touchscreen. Had some problems with the initial setup and the Windows 10 upgrade, which took a couple of days to resolve. Since then, it's performed as well as exiected.
