Great laptop computer/tablet
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great computer/tablet. It has all the functions that I need with three USB ports to add additional functions if desired. I am learning to get my fingers off the computer. If not careful it will change functions or got to previous site because you touched the wrong key or place on the computer.

Love It - Hate It
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love how fast the computer loads pages. I am still getting used to this computer/tablet because I am a former Mac user. I like the touchscreen. I am still tweaking some of the settings because I can be on one page typing and before I know it I am on another. This computer is very light and it is comfortable in my lap. I have not used a Windows product in a few years and 8.1 is really different from the previous versions. I need a tutorial for 8.1. Overall, I like this computer and have not had any issues.

Love our Yoga 2
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A great little computer that works perfectly for every day use. We use an external HD for large items as well as the cloud. The computer has performed very well in laptop, tent and tablet mode. I would recommend this computer for light users and people concerned with space and portability.

FAST
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i bought this as a gift for dad on his bday and he liked it so much. it is amazingly fast and not heavy at all. only thing is when you fold it to become a tablet, its kinda weird to have the keyboard on the other side. otherwise, its perfect!

Classic Lenovo
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just got started with it, but I'm really enjoying this Lenovo Yoga 2. Looks and feels great - Windows 8.1 runs really well on the touchscreen. Keyboard lights up for dark room use. Really good computer.

Very happy with it
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am very pleased with this laptop. I was originally going to get a pro but this one was on sale with open box. It's a tiny bit heavier than the pro but it's not a significant difference. The screen is extra wide which is sometimes weird and takes a bit to get used to. I think I would have preferred the size of the yoga 2 11 inch for tablet mode but it doesn't come with enough ram. Overall I'm very pleased and would make the purchase again if given the option.

Nice and light
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted a computer that was light weight and not bulky which is exactly what I got. Thought I wanted a 2 in 1 but really do not seem to use it as a tablet. Touch screen is awesome.

nice laptop..
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Windows eight is difficult to get used to but not hard to navigate once you start to catch on. The sales person seemed to know what he was talking about and we were happy with him.

Decent ultrabook for the price.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: Keyboard, decent weight, decent battery life. Cons: Screen resolution(more on that below), trackpad, the matte finish. After using the Lenovo yoga 2 13.3 inch for about a week, it has become my daily driver whether when I am at school, work, or for web browsing instead of my desktop when I am at home. I do like the ultrabook, especially for the price point compared to other ultrabooks. The yellowing has been patched via software, and the wifi card that was outdated has been replaced with the intel ac 7260. So there isn't any problems with connectivity to wifi and such. The keyboard is awesome, ergonomic and tactile feel when typing. However, the only minor complaint with the keyboard is the backspace is small for my personal taste. I occasionally hit the home key instead. The screen resolution is great when watching movies or youtube videos. However the screen at certain types depending on the windows that are open, becomes enlarged and fuzzy. I haven't been able to find a solution to this yet., still trying. But other than that, the screen resolution is great. Makes reading articles, pdfs, and ebooks a lot more comfortable than the low resolution ultrabooks that are out there. On to the trackpad, well it can be unresponsive at time. Especially the left click in my experience. Doesn't happen often, but it does frustrate me a little when it does happen. However in the end, it does what it is suppose to do. Now the actual design of the ultrabook. It doesn't feel luxurious or sturdy. It is mostly plastic on the outside, that is covered with a matte finished. I personally don't like the matte finish. It does have it perks, that being its easier to grip and the actual feel of the finish. However, unlike most other ultrabooks that sports a aluminium chassis, it attracts a lot of finger and wrist prints. So you are going to have wipe it clean every once in a while, depending on the usage. Also, the hinges that allow the 360 degree screen rotation seems to be very sturdy. But we will see after a couple months of usage. Performance wise is decent, thanks to the ssd that comes with this particular model, makes boot times and load times a snap. However, it is not on par as in the other ultrabooks available on the market that similar price points. The ssd, is an m.2, so if you plan to upgrade the storage it is possible, but you risk on voiding the warranty and any of the 2.5 sata 3 ssd or msata would not work. Overall, the Lenovo yoga 2 is great choice for ones that are looking for a hybrid, with a decent price point with a decent price point. However, if you are looking for an ultrabook that has the best battery life, this might not be the one for you. Based on my usage it lasted about 7 hours on basic web browsing, word document, and reading pdf files, with the brightness around 40%. About 5 hours with a movie on constant replay.

Yoga 2
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Replaced my Dell Vostro 1510. Faster, lighter, convertible to tablet. Does heat up some, but love how fast the solid state is. Now, if they just wouldn't load so much bloat-ware!

Good if don't need a lot of storage
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this laptop to be my personal computer. Overall thought it was a good product, but I ended up returning it. On the positive side, the laptop is slim, light, and very portable. The keyboard is responsive and the laptop/tablet/tent functionality is inventive. (Although in tablet mode it feels a little large to be truly functional.) Unfortunately, there were two issues that I couldn't get past. First, Lenovo adds a lot of "bloatware" to the machine. On my first boot up of the laptop, only 66GB of the 128GB hard drive was actually available to use. I just needed more storage and didn't want to go through the hassle of removing programs. Secondly, the fan seemed to run....a lot. Even if I only had 3 Chrome tabs open, the fan would get going at a level that it was distracting. Again, I really liked the Yoga 2, and I think that it could work for people looking for a portable 2-1 Windows machine. It just wasn't for me.

Great Portable PC
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great platform if you need a portable PC. I use an IPad, but some of my web apps are not Apple compatible. I was looking for a portable PC and this fit the bill.

I'm Still Finding Out What I've Got!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My little netbook called it quits, so I went in to "look at" computers and walked out with this one. It continues to surprise me with all its apps: I haven't even opened all of them yet, much less figured out which will be useful to me. It's fast. It's quiet. It's more portable that I will probably even need it to be. I do wish there was an "owner's manual" ~~ or maybe it's there and I just haven't found it yet ;-)

Great laptop
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Needed this laptop for my daughter for college and it's perfect. It's fast, portable and has a good battery. Had to remove some programs that get installed (bloatware) but you get that with all laptops you purchase. Highly recommended!
