I like this laptop for its light weight, decent design and keyboard. All features seem perfect but the only thing that holds me back is the ghost in the touch screen. It happens fairly often and causes the laptop malfunction when there are 10 points simultaneously clicked on the screen.

Have had for 5 months, screen & font randomly changes like the laptop is possessed. Battery started with 6 hours life, now down to 2 hours if I am lucky despite their suggestions.

Lenovo Yoga 3 works well overall but battery life is shorter than advertised and the touchscreen randomly open and closes programs.

We bought this laptop for our daughter for college. It had multiple problems with the touch screen and keys were malfunctioning. We also purchased the Geek Squad service for a year. After returing the original one that was not functioning, and getting a second laptop from Best Buy, she continued to have the same problems. The Geek Squad could never completely resolve the issues during the year, so we sent the laptop into Lenovo to repair it over the summer. After 3 weeks (Lenovo says they will repair with in 7 days) they notified my daughter that it could not be repaired and we asked for our money back. They offered another laptop but my daughter was concerned that the issues would continue since she had the same issues with two Yoga laptops. They gave us a refund check for 1/2 the amount we paid as we paid for part of it with Best Buy Rewards that we had saved up to purchase this for college. Best Buy says that Lenovo should have paid us the full refund amount. We can not purchase a similar laptop for the same value as the one that she had. Now Lenovo will not call us back to resolve this issue. They got away with selling us a defective laptop and giving us 1/2 a refund of what we paid. Service was poor to non exisitent throughout this ordeal. Call center is in the Phillipines and they often could not communicate effectively or give us pertinent information. I would strongly suggest not buying a Lenovo laptop!

This laptop continually crashes when you move it or turn the screen on the hinges. Lenovo had no interest in helping me fix this problem. Multiple other people have had the same issue. Google it. Finally someone figured out that it was due to the wireless antenna being bent as the screen moves causing a hardware related crash. I temporarily fixed this with some tape but now nothing i do works. The laptop crashes any time I move it. Not very fitting for a 'Yoga' Not usable. very expensive paper weight. Do not buy.
