    I rated my new Lenovo laptop a 4 star because after purchasing and allowing geek squad to hold and transfer information from my old laptop, I got it home and it stopped working about a week later. When I took it back to geek squad, I was told that I purchased a defective one... So I had to exchange it for another brand new one, which was held for another 4 days. Being that I run two businesses from my laptop, this was very frustrating and an inconvenience for me. The second Lenovo hasn't given me any issues yet.
