Love the versatility of the laptop. The touchscreen is very responsive and easy to use. I do school on this laptop and my wife creates her designs in Cricut with this. Highly recommend.

The computer works fine. I ordered open box. The box was literally open. A hole in it. The computer was filthy. The screen was covered in dirty finger marks. The outer shell was dirty. I was disappointed in that. The only reason I kept it was that I needed it for work.

It’s great. I had to replace my old computer. Love how it turns into a tablet.

Good morning, my love. This was one of the easiest times I've had in my life. I went to McDonald's for burgers and didn't get any. Anyway, I would recommend it; five stars.

Purchased this laptop on Sep 27th online on BestBuy website and got it on Sep 29th, however we did initial setup once it is arrived and start actual use from Oct 14th, which is like daily use of 8 hours and we noticed that this laptop auto re-starts randomly or screen freezes/flickers and we have never been able to work on this laptop more than 10 to 20 minutes and it keeps restarting automatically. When we approached to BestBuy team they said they can't do anything because 15 days passed, which is very poor policy of BestBuy for defective product. After that we contacted Lenovo and they asked us to ship to their Depot for fix and we got laptop after one week mentioning that they have re-install the OS and it was OS problem, however issue still exist in laptop and it restarts randomly. It looks like my $650 is in water. One thing I am sure that I will never buy anything from BestBuy. Also Lenovo service is worst as BestBuy.

horrible laptop stopped working within months of purchase. it says please select boot device and doesn't let me move past that screen. i don't have a warranty so neither best buy or lenovo are willing to help me. such great customer service you have there. I took very great care of this laptop so it's not my fault it's not working it's a hardware or defective quality issue. what a waste of 800$ down the drain. Pathetic company and manufactures. also never buy lenovo products their customer service and "warranty's" are such a joke.

When I first got this laptop seemed very nice clean and easy to use but less than 3 months in I started to see problems with it and keeps asking for a recovery key code and I always put it in and it keeps restarting by itself and asking for it. Not good since then.

Sleek look but PC won't come back on from sleep mode until I do a hard shut down & turn back on. Also, the keys to manage the screen's brightness stopped working.

Worest product touchpad won’t work all the time i try to use touch pad it won’t work

I was enjoying this computer until it crashed a few weeks after purchasing. Maybe I got one of the few duds. I was able to exchange it for a different model Lenovo laptop. It has been working fine so far.

This computer is great, but I got a used one, the condition said excellent and when i received it, it had screen damage. Since this is a touch screen computer, there are phantom touches and it disrupts how i use the laptop. Trying to get a replacement or an exchange is an arm and a leg. I'm not buying from best buy ever again. my experience with this situation has been absolute trash.

This hit all the major buttons I was looking for - nice assortment of USB-A and -C ports, SDXC slot for camera and other file transfer, HDMI v2.1 and DisplayPort multi-monotor support, wide HD+ screen, numeric keypad and decent sized lighted keyboard (with a nice fade in/out feature), and a sleek thin yet sturdy metal profile. Its even sligntly smaller than my previous HP Envy 360 with the practically edgeless screen. Spec-wise I was a lttle worried about the display, but I find it to be perfecly fine brightness and color wise. Looks like the battery life is pretty good and enough for all day use, and the AMD processor, 1Tb SSD, and 16Gb RAM is very responsive. I got it on sale so the value is off the charts, but with this mix of pretty perfect features for general use even at the regular price this is still angreat value compared to the HP Envy (fewer port selection, no keypad) and Dell, et al, competitors. Would recommend!

Pros: large screen with good resolution and decent brightness. Responsive and sufficiently quick. Good keyboard and trackpad responsiveness and feel. Large SSD and memory. Lenovo Advantage software keeps firmware up to date. Log in with Face ID is reliable. Webcam cover works well. Cons: 16 inch is too large to use as a tablet (I am using it as a piano music library, so it doesn’t matter), touch screen becomes unresponsive after a short period of idleness (sent to Yoga for repair). In general, if I didn’t have to return the laptop for service, I would have been satisfied. Lenovo tech support, however have improved and provided me with good service.
