I wanted to use this laptop for a few weeks before reviewing it. This laptop is very fast. I do have excellent internet, which I'm sure helps. I do not game or do photo editing on it. I do a lot of internet research, shopping, Facebook, and some video watching. I usually have at least 10 internet tabs open at once. everything loads fast with no lag. I current ly have 3 different browsers open, Chrome, Firefox and Edge. The CPU usage is only at 18% usage. Doing the same thing, my last top seemed to always run at 100%. The touch screen works well, although I rarely use that feature. I prefer a mouse. I cannot gauge the battery life because I keep my laptop plugged in because I use it a lot every day. The keyboard lights up as soon as you touch any key. I especially like the Fn/Home feature where it can move my curser back the beginning of the line I am working on. I did a lot of research to decide on getting a Ryzen 7 processor and am glad I did. The number and caps lock has a small indicator light. The keys are quiet, and feel good and responsive when pressed. The 300-nit brightness is brighter than I expected. The 1 TB SSD hard drive is more than sufficient for my needs. There is an SSD slot for extra storage. There is not an extra space inside this laptop to add a second hard drive, which is something I do when the option is available. Overall, this is a very nice running computer which I highly recommend, I wish I had bought this a lot sooner. I currently have 5 laptops, and this one is my favorite.

Great laptop for the money. However, I dislike the screen. It's Max 300 nits brightness is pretty dim in 2024 and a pain for outside use. The color accuracy is just okay. And the max refresh rate of 60 hz is honestly annoying for a touchscreen 2in1 laptop in 2024. Negatives aside, it has some nice power in it for the amd ryzen 7 8840hs. But the temperatures can be concerning under load. The variety of ports for the 16 inch is also retty good. The form factor of being almost just 2kg is also great for a 16 inch laptop. If you want a laptop that can do it all in a decent way enough, then that's it. A jack of all trades, but master of none.

I just got Hp Laptop, and it's like having a personal superhero sidekick! It's lightweight and sleek, so I can carry it around like a fashionable accessory. The display? It's so vibrant that watching videos feels like I'm in 3D without the goofy glasses! Plus, it multitasks like a pro—switching between tabs faster than I can find my coffee. The battery lasts longer than my last relationship, so I’m not constantly hunting for an outlet. Typing on it is a breeze, and the touchpad is so responsive it practically reads my mind! In short, the Laptop is a fun and reliable sidekick that makes life easier and way more entertaining. Highly recommend!

Quality Laptop that is easy to use and worth the price. Met my expectations. Backlit keyboard is perfect. Great screen resolution, touch screen is responsive. Happy with the product. Runs smoothly with quick performance. Best PC I ever had so far. Further more is not heavy or bulky. It's thin and sleek. Also the BestBuy delivery and customer service were just great!

My first Lenovo and I am very pleased. It has been about 3 weeks since purchase. The picture is stunning, it's quite fast for the price point and the battery has been doing better than expected so far. I do and have recommended this computer already.

I need a somewhat powerful computer to operate automated software I use. This computer is up to the job. Features features such as touch screen & Yoga flip are useful. I also like the size, weight and overall ease of use.

The laptop is aesome with great screen and battery backup. my old laptop was slow but this is fast and smooth. Highly recommended

i like the speed this laptop downloads and surfs the internet, great pic quality, touch screen can be adjusted to your liking. like the backlit keyboard, nice and bright, nice big screen. overall would buy again !

Bought for home and student use. No gaming. Replacing a 10-year-old Acer Aspire M. This Lenovo is a great fit! I'm liking the 1900 x 1200 (WUXGA) resolution and the 16:10 aspect ratio. Just means my screen area is a bit taller, so no need to scroll as much. Screen is crisp and clear. Keys feel solid and backlight is nice and bright. Like the numeric keys on the right side of the keyboard. Fast computer, with touchscreen. Pen sold separately. Battery life can always be better. But this one isn't bad. Easy to set up. More than meets my needs. Outstanding deal if you can catch it on sale for 650.

Impressive battery life, overall speed of the laptop is great, and the touchscreen is amazing also. Crustal clear picture. Exactly what I was looking for.

This is the best laptop ive ever bought. The 8840HS beats intel in almost every way, for the price. And im a intel guy. Anyway, the laptop is built very well and keyboard spacing is perfect. Just for fun i ran a old game but a fun one, black ops 2 and at max graphics it was still pumping out 200+ fps. Integrated graphics have gotten so powerful nowadays that i didnt even think about getting a gaming laptop for work. This beast will run solidworks on battery for about 6 hours, also adobe illustrator will run smooth as butter. Any who, i want to let poeple know how the 8840hs preforms in real every day life scenarios. Cons cant upgrade ram. Pros m.2 is easy to change.

I got an amazing black Friday deal on this. I've built and owned many PC's and numerous gaming laptops. My HP Envy 360 14" was just too small. I wanted something big and light and this fits the bill. The screen is bright and the Ryzen processor is very fast. The touchpad is big and VERY sensitive. The backlit keys are great. I love that they are dark grey against the silver body. Touchscreen works well. Perfect size and weight to travel.

Great laptop, reasonably priced. I didn't like my first Lenovo that I purchased several years ago. (I actually hated it and initially regretted purchasing it.) However, after learning a new Windows OS and seeing how dependable that first laptop is (I still have it and it works amazingly well), I decided to again purchase a new Lenovo laptop. They are sturdy with great features, display, and speed. Also, very durable. I've tried others, but Lenovo has become my go-to laptop replacement.

I wanted a device that would allow me to rely less on cloud subscriptions and after a month this one is fitting that bill perfectly. The ample storage and RAM are immediately recognizable while powering on and using the device. The micro sd card loader is quickly accessible on the right side of the device and accesses my additional 1TB of space quickly and smoothly.I don’t think I’ve experienced any CPU related lagging with any programs since I’ve started using the device. Looks and feels good, too. Definitely a steal for the price point. I’m not at all into the AI components; but, they’ve been relatively easy to overlook.

Got this on sale since the specs size 2in1 were all perfect on paper but straight out the box, the computer blue screen boot looped. It was wifi driver related so I factory reset the machine from the downloadable recovery image and it worked so I thought nothing of it. Fast forward to the wifi driver update from lenovo vantage, a wifi 6 spectrum router will only connect on 2.4ghz band which makes internet access slower than dialup. Lenovo website didn't have the previous driver available to download so I had to find a similar model with an earlier driver version and wifi was back to connecting to the other bands. Then I didn't disable driver updates in Vantage and it updated again but I did a simple disable auto driver updates and rolled back the wifi driver. The cursor does have a mind of its own and disabling pen HID device remedies the problem but my girlfriend wants a stylus, which means I'll have to re-enable the pen input and hope a fix can be put out for the random cursor ridiculousness. Also the computer will randomly bluescreen about once per week, I haven't taken time to pin point what it is yet but diagnostic checks all come back OK so could be another driver going rogue. Outside of the return window, of course, but all in all WOULD be great machine if they could just fix it. I don't have much hope since long term none of these windows computers are cared about too much when they can try to sell you a new one. I expect $200 computers to be disposable but not pushing $1000 computers.
